Day 1: Amman - Petra: 3 hours driving from Amman\n\nPetra - Depart to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra that is considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomp for one of the Nabatean Kings. You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. In the afternoon you will move towards Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon, where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed and lately The Martian. Spend the night at Wadi Rum and move next day toward the Dead Sea (Night Stay and activity at Wadi Rum is based on your selected tour option).\n\n### Wadi Rum - Dead Sea\n\nWadi Rum Protected Area - Wadi Rum is a uniquely-shaped massive mountain that rose among the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors. Then, you will move to the Dead which is one of the most incredible places in the world. The Dead Sea speaks for itself: there are no living fish. It is by far one of Jordan’s most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm, shining water glowing from the scorching sun above, is known for the concentration of salt and minerals which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed. Enjoy some free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.

This tour has different options, all options includes transportaion from Amman and between sites. Entry fees and local sites tour guides are NOT included on all packages
- A moderate amount of walking under the sun is involved, wear sensible shoes, bring your hat and sunglasses.
- Wadi Rum night stay and activity is based on your selected option - You should have arranged for it If “Only Transportation” option is selected.
- For Group Tour option: Pickup time is very critical and you should be ready for pickup at 06:30 - allow 30 minutes delay to pickup all travelers.
- This tour comes with different options: Private Deluxe Tent, Private Classic Tent, Small Group Tour Classic Tent, Small Group Deluxe tent and Transport only.
- For the Group Tours Option : Separate tents for separate bookings. One Medium size bag is allowed per traveler (No space for large size bags or more than one medium size bag ), Minimum age is 12 Years and maximum is 69 years to join the group tour.
- Pick up and drop off from / to your location at Amman city - Not any other place.

10/10 2 Day Trip in Jordan - Was the time of my life!
Ja’far was a great tour guide and indeed always had something to say. Further, we had an amazing group which led us to really enjoy the Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Seas in Jordan.
Food was solid but the experience was phenomenal.

See You Tomorrow - Our tour guide, Ja’far, See you Tomorrow, was honest, flexible, and informative.
We felt very safe with his driving.
He kept things exciting with stories and jokes.
The Wadi Rum camp chosen by the company was outstanding!! Food, service and cleanliness.
The jeep tour in the dessert was one of our highlights.
I highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Travel in Amman for anyone looking for a memorable experience!!

Amazing guide and great trip - Amazing guide, even included a surprise trip to the Red Sea in a glass bottomed boat which was amazing as we could see the coral reef and snorkel. Night sky in the desert was incredible and could see the Milky Way. Perfect trip

Experience of a lifetime, exceptionally guided by Ja’afar! - Fantastic way to experience highlights of Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea.
Our guide Ja’afar was exceptional - looking after all of the group and keeping everyone on time so that we could enjoy all the stops in full.
Thankfully we even managed to find time to add on the Red Sea on the morning after sleeping in Wadi Rum and before the Dead Sea - including a glass bottom boat and swim in the sea which was a big bonus.
Ja’afar was friendly, knowledgeable and had great banter - it felt like he made the whole group feel safe and included which is a great skill set.
We had 5 hours at Petra which I felt was more than enough for generally fit bodied people, we made it to the Monastery (end of trail) including extra viewing points, and back with time for all the main sights and 45mins to spare back at the Treasury. Ja’afar guided us all exceptionally on what to watch out for and avoid to stay safe at Petra and avoiding the scammers - this was very genuinely great advice of our guide especially for novice travellers.
Wadi Rum is just exceptional - amazing Bedouin meal but still nice “creature comforts” in the tent.
Dead Sea was super hot but great fun!
Overall, fantastic memorable experience which I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect option to experience these highlights! - Outstanding guide Ja’afar made the trip very fun and memorable.
Lucky we also had a great group of people meant meant we were on time and able to enjoy all the experiences in full. 10/10 experience!

Beauty of Jordan - See you tomorrow! - This trip was fantastic. 2 days felt very short but nothing short of missing out on anything. Jafar is a fantastic guide that makes the long road trip feels very short, and makes sure you get to see all the beautiful sites in Jordan.
Petra is a wonder in itself, Wadi Rum and dead sea were absolutely amazing as well. Massive thanks to Jafar for making this trip delightful and memorable.

Amazing!! - Our two-day Petra and Wadi Rum tour was absolutely amazing! One of our best holidays ever! Everything went smoothly and according to schedule. Our guide, Qutaibah, took care of us at all times and was so much fun to talk to, and the friendly hosts at Secret Moon Camp in Wadi Rum made our stay an unforgettable experience. Also, it was a great opportunity to make some new friends to share these moments with. We hope we can come back!!

Beautiful Rose City and Moon Valley with Amazing Tour Guides! Beautiful Jordan... - Such a peaceful experience. Jordan is beautiful!! Seeing Petra was magnificent and I didn't realize there is a longer walk in the canyon to see the other sites/canyons/temples...beautiful! The Al-khazneh Treasury, which is famous in movies, is sooo magestic! Wadi Rum (valley of the moon) desert was a dreamy place full of red sand!! It's like a beautiful rose planet fulll of peace, mystery, silence, stillness, magic, and wonder. I am in love with Jordan! The campfire with everyone after dinner was my favorite; it was a once in a lifetime experience sitting in the dark with a full moon, tea, good conversation and new friends!! Dinner was absolutely amazing! Thanks to the chef. Oday and Ahmad were veryyy kind and understanding! They made me feel comfortable and took care of everything. Biggest thanks to Ahmed in helping me with a big tooth ache I had, he saved me from pain with some meds. Thank you Ahmed! Thank you Oday for all the knowledge and laughs in the car ride! I hope you take the tour with this group because they take care of all the details. Dead Sea was amazing! Woww. I miss Jordan already...
Its suggested to bring extra cash in JOD or US for other excursions that are options (no bank or cash app so keep extra change handy).
Food is amazing and there's plenty of stops along the way for water, coffee etc. Omg the coffee is soooo good!! Perfect 2 days. Thank you again team!

"See you tomorrow " do not skip out on this experience - This was by far one of my favorite experiences! Jafar was a wonderful guide making this experience even more fun by sharing about the history, culture, telling riddles and jokes along the way. Exploring Petra did not dissapoint, there is so much to see there, the hike was fun with rocks and caves providing shade to make the hike more pleasant. The landscapes were breathtaking. Watching the sunset in the desert while sipping on some local traditional tea and then heading to have a traditional dinner and star gazing around the bonfire were some of my highlights. We took a dip in the Red sea and floated in the Dead Sea. I definitely checked a few items off the bucket list. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

Incredible tour to see amazing sites! - Amazing tour with Ja’far - definitely worth it! Our guide was super knowledgeable and very entertaining making it a really fun trip. The itinerary is jam packed with incredible activities. We saw the sites of Petra and Wadi Rum with no one around which was amazing. I would encourage people to come and visit and don’t be put off by visiting Jordan in the current political environment! Definitely recommend this tour
