She was expert in Harbin about everything, She was familiar with every scenic spots, where were bathroom, where were drink shop and food shop, We were surprised, during tour we added one more place about tigers park, They also took us to visit big and cute tigers, We were very excited, We had never so close to see so many big tigers. Two day were not busy, just right time for us, We could say quite classical highlights for two days, I would highly recommend the group tours for you.

join harbin group tours - We are couples joining 2 days’ small group tour for the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival. The  organization is very good. They pick us up from Harbin city hotel on time, and we follow the full itinerary, having no time to waste. The tour guide is excellent, who tells us knowledge about ice and snow festival, city culture and history. The food and dining environment are very good. Our meal is organized in big fashion Mall, because the tour guide says some people in restaurants may smoke , but it’s no smoking in shopping mall. We try local delicious food which originates from Qing Dynasty. We are enjoying the trip very much, so highly recommend it to you.

Winderful 2-Day Group City Tour - We are a couple from Singapore, spending two days’ group tour with Samantha Group. Samantha is a very warmly person, and responsible as well. She answers our any question about Harbin and the tour, so we have a good communication. Though we stay in  the ice city, we feel very warm because Samantha is like our old friend and family member. The group tour is perfect , though the Ice and Snow World is not open when we are there, we still see an ice place indoors. It is ok, we get what we want: snow everywhere, ice from the frozen river, which is very cool. Next time if we come to Harbin again, we definitely take Samantha’s tour again. We highly recommend her tour to you.

Excellent Tour Service in Harbin - We family spent our holiday in Harbin. We found Samantha to assist for us. She made our trip easy in the cold city. Samantha is an honest and credible person, her service fee is not cheapest, but it is worth. We all enjoyed her excellent service. We were happy to pay and enjoy our trip in Harbin. We highly recommend her service to you.

Places of Interest in Harbin - Both days Toby Zhao promptly arrived at our agreed upon start time. Once again, I was pleased that she was my tour guide for both days! She was wonderful! Several things beyond her control were that: St. Sophia's interior was being renovated (all 2019), the the Ropeway was closed for 7 days around Chinese New Year (and I'd guess around October 1st for National Da too) and due to unseasonably warm weather, prior internal access at Harbin Ice and Snow World sculptures were no longer deemed safe to go inside. Since St. Sophia's and The Ropeway were closed, we substituted The Dragon Tower. Toby picked a good restaurant each day for lunch. Both days involved a lot of walking, so be prepared for that. I'd also recommend bring water with you. I had a rucksack and brought several water bottles with me (I used HOT HANDS in the bag to prevent water from freezing). I emailed Viator ahead of time appraising them that I have Celiac Disease (I can't eat gluten). I carried a Celiac Mandarin card with me ...but Toby did an excellent job of telling each restaurant what I could and could not eat. I greatly appreciated her assistance with my diet! Both days were fabulous! It is truly mind boggling that all the snow and ice sculptures are done in such a grand scale in such a short time! Seeing Harbin in the winter is a once in a lifetime experience!

An excellent trip with a fantastic guide, Joanna, and a great memory to take home with us. - We wanted to make sure we saw the most important sites to visit in Harbin during our short stay so we booked onto a group trip. We were very lucky as we turned out to be the only people on the tour, so we had Joanna, our guide and Mr Wang, our driver to ourselves. Joanna was very friendly and informative and knowledgeable about all the snow sculptures and all their significance and was happy to add an extra stop in for us as we had time and were in the area. The trip was very comprehensive and we certainly wouldn't have been able to visit all the places on our own in that time, particularly with the language barrier, her English is very good. She was very knowledgeable about the last 100 years of history of Harbin, including it's wars and relationships with other countries particularly Russia and Japan. Joanna was even happy to take me shopping on Central Street to help with the language barrier. Mr Wang was a very careful driver and we felt very safe. Excellent 2 days thank you to you both.

Great trip - Easy; flexible and enjoyable - We recently completed this 2-day tour of Harbin, including the Snow and Ice Festival with David (韩永光)as our guide. Our party of three had an incredible time in the coldest place we had ever visited - made much easier by having David's help. Harbin is a big city, and having a private driver and guide made seeing the city, as well as the snow and ice festivals much more convenient, and meant less time out in the cold looking for taxis on our own. David was both friendly and professional, making entry to all the parks and festivals very easy, as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We really appreciated his efforts to make our tour as enjoyable as possible, and was very flexible in accomodating our itinerary changes when we needed a break from the cold. His English was great and the transport was comfortable and always punctual. I also found arranging the trip very easy. Our tour was arranged through Samantha who was very helpful - allowing us to change our itinerary according to our own preferences. She was also able to provide some clothing hire options for us at reasonable rates, and made an effort to have them available to us when and where we needed it. Our only suggestion would be to avoid the Russian Town attraction - it is a bit run down and didn't have much information available. Best to spend more time in other areas. Harbin Private Tours is a great option for visiting Harbin - especially around the time of the Snow and Ice Festival.
