Carlos is an expert in his field! - Mi guia era Carlos. Me recojieron a tiempo. My guide was Carlos. They picked me up on the right time. From the first moment Carlos gave me a warm welcome. He guided me throught every step and took away any concerns I could probably have. He is a funny and nice guy but above all very expert as a guide. He told me a lot about the trail, the nature and the history. He took all the time to explain stuff, asnwer my questions and take pictures. I highly recommend Carlos 'Carlitos'!

Son's 25th Birthday in Peru - Everyone's travel experience is different but let me tell you, if I could rate this company with something higher than EXCELLENT I would. First let me tell you I asked them one thousand and one questions before we arrived and each time they answered in a timely manner. When we arrived in Peru they are also on Whatsapp and were quick to respond and patient in answering my questions. So let me get to the trip. We purchased everything through Conde. As my title suggests we were in Lima celebrating my son's 25th birthday. When we arrived in Cusco they had someone waiting at the airport to take us to our hotel, even though we arrived much later than the original time. We Whatsapp Conde and they informed the driver to pick us up at the later time. A representative from Conde then came to the hotel to bring us our tickets for the train, bus, hostel reservations, and Machu Picchu, again very patient as I asked a lot of question. The day of departure the driver picked us up to take us to the train station, arrived on time, and the bus was extremely comfortable. We arrived at the station for a glorius, scenic train ride to Machu Picchu. Upon arriving at MP there was a representative from the Hostel waiting for us with our names on the sign. He helped with our bags and took us to the hostel. The hostel/inn was amazing too, great beds, and plenty of hot water. Before arriving in Peru I informed Conde that it was my son's birthday and asked if they could help me arrange something there. So they had a birthday cake made for Matthew and he was TOTALLY SURPRISED (this was ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATION). The morning of our departure we had an excellent breakfast and they sang Happy Birthday to Matthew. We then walked to the bus station and had an amazing ride up to Machu Picchu. Our guide Richard was AMAZING, KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL AND PATIENT. The bus ride itself was also an experience. The tour of Macchu Picchu is amazing and I totally understand why it is one of the 7th world wonders. EVERYONE was awesome. After the tour we returned on the bus and back to the hostel/inn where we picked up our backpack the the remainder of the cake. We returned to the train station for the ride back to the station. Conde arranged for our transportation back to Cusco. Upon returning to Cusco we had several other days left in Cusco, we also arranged a city tour with Conde and then another day white water rafting, and zip lining. I have rafted before but enjoyed and learned several additional techniques from our guide Willie. We could not have asked for a better guide or better weather. After rafting we had hot showers, visited the steam room, and had a delicious hot lunch! Afterwards we did the zip lines which were a nice touch at the end. Oh did I mention that they picked us up from our hotel too for the city tour and the rafting. The experience we had with Conde was 5 stars!!! The only down side was that we did not have an opportunity to go by their offices and telling them THANK YOU for making my son's 25th birthday unforgettable!!!!

Good experience from Inca Trail - I and Edgar enjoy a good time during the two-days inka trail. He is very kind and always give me the assistance when I need a help. He also shares the inka culture to me and bring me to enjoy a local breakfast. Even though the hiking makes me exhausted, it is a great honor to visit the Machu Picchu! In addition, I highly recommend Edgar Cardenas Perez as the guide!
