Pyramids of Giza - The tour begins at 8:00 am with a pickup from your hotel in either Cairo or Giza by your guide, followed by a transfer to the Giza Pyramids. Your half-day tour includes visits to the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos.
All the camels we use are in excellent condition and well cared for. A camel handler will accompany you throughout the trip to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Conclude your tour with a visit to the Valley Temple, where the priests mummified the body of King Chephren. Here, you will also get a close-up view of the Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and the head of King Chephren. This is a great spot for taking fun photos with the Sphinx, and our guide will assist you with this.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
DAY TO MEMPHIS SAKKARA & DAHSHUR PYRAMIDS
Memphis and Sakkara - The tour starts at 8:00 am with a pickup from your hotel in either Cairo or Giza by your guide. Begin your full-day tour with a visit to the Sakkara Pyramid, located 27 km southwest of Cairo. See the Step Pyramid, built for King Zoser, which is a significant part of the pyramid evolution from the simple mastaba to its well-known form.
Next, visit the Dahshur Pyramids (Bent and Red Pyramids). The Dahshur area is a royal necropolis in the desert on the west bank of the Nile, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) south of Cairo. It is famous for several pyramids, including two of the oldest, largest, and best-preserved in Egypt, built between 2613 and 2589 BCE.
Then, visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where you will see the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx. This city dates back to 3100 BCE.
At the end of the tour, around 1:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
