Unique Angkor Sunrise Tours

Angkor Wat - Our certified tour guide and driver will pick up guests from any hotel in Siem Reap, take them to the ticket booth, and then proceed to witness the sunrise over Angkor Wat. Guests will explore the temple’s rich history and the intricate carvings of Hindu epics on its walls.

Bayon Temple - After experiencing the world’s largest Hindu temple, Angkor Wat, we will drive through the ancient south gate of Angkor Thom, adorned with spectacular statues of demons and gods engaged in a tug of war. We will then explore Bayon, a Buddhist temple located in the center of the city, featuring over 200 mysterious Buddha faces on its spires.

Ta Prohm - After visiting Bayon temple, we will continue to Ta Prohm, the last temple still in its natural state, overgrown by jungle. This temple offers photogenic opportunities and was featured in the Hollywood movie, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, starring Angelina Jolie.

Unique Angkor Sunset Tours

Pre Rup temple - Our guide and driver will pick up guests from their hotel lobby at 8:30 am after breakfast. We will then visit the first temple, a beautiful Hindu temple built in the mid-10th century and dedicated to the god Shiva as his home, Mount Kailash. The temple is made from clay brick and offers the best views of the forest, rice fields, and mountains from the top.

Eastern Mebon - Our second stop is another clay brick temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This former island temple is now dried up and features stunning statues of eight elephants adorning each direction.

Banteay Srei - Located on the outskirts, this Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva and his consort is worth visiting for its unique and detailed carvings on rosy sandstone. Banteay Srei, meaning The Citadel Of Women, is located 38 km from Siem Reap and is a 45-minute drive through beautiful villages and countryside.

Ta Som - After a 45-minute lunch break, we will explore another temple with a tree overgrown on the back gate. Ta Som is a small Buddhist temple in good condition, featuring five main towers that remain active shrines.

Neak Pean - After Ta Som, we will take a 10-minute ride in an air-conditioned car and then walk for another 10 minutes across a bridge to access an island temple called Neak Pean. Built by Buddhist king Jayavarman VII, this ancient healer’s temple was part of his 102 hospitals that provided free healthcare to his people.

Preah Khan - After visiting the island temple, we will continue to the massive Buddhist temple of Preah Khan, which remains largely untouched and overgrown. Built around 1191 AD, Preah Khan was dedicated to the king’s father and served as an ancient university for Buddhist followers, with a queen as the top instructor.

Phnom Bakheng - Our final stop is Phnom Bakheng, a mountain-style temple where we will watch a stunning sunset and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of Angkor Wat and the western reservoir. Built in the late 9th century for Lord Shiva, Phnom Bakheng features a total of 109 towers.

Best AC private driver in Siem Reap - Lam is the best! Having an air conditioned vehicle while touring temples all day is a must do in my opinion. It gets so hot and returning to AC and the comfort of a car when traveling long distances between temples changes the experience. Seeing the people slowly moving and sweating profusely on TukTuks reinforced the decision. Lam adds to the experience by providing plenty of ice cold waters and cool towels at each stop. And his rate is still insanely affordable. Lam created an itinerary for us and showed us all the best places. He showed us how to see sunrise at Angkor Wat the right way (best photos and less than 20 other tourists compared with the thousands that go to the wrong place). Was very flexible and not rushed - you go at your own pace. He offered to connect us with a guide which was nice (we did not do this, but is an option he provides). He drops you off at each temple and lets you do your own thing (unless you’ve hired a guide). As other reviews say - very communicative. Responds quickly on email and WhatsApp. Always prompt. Always kind. Go with Lam!

Super guide in a nice car - The temples of Angkor is a must see and there is none better then Vibol (contact +855 70 710 247) to show it to you, especially if you want to have your photo taken in front of the best spots while getting to know the history of the ancient ruins. We also choose a private car with Ac, which was really good in the heat with up to 39 degrees. The cooler with cold water was top! Contact no for the transportation company: +855 86 811 309
