Highlights

Marrakech - High Atlas -Tichka (2260m) - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Skoura - Valley of Roses - Dades Valley

Ait Ben Haddou - Ait Ben Haddou, is an incredible fortified town (ksur) built in adobe declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Ait Ben Haddou is one of the best preserved Kasbahs in all of Morocco, and is an outstanding example of the construction of the Kasbahs that can be found in the Draa Valley, Todra, Dades and Sous areas.

Skoura - It is an oasis in the middle of the arid terrain where palm trees or olive trees give the place a green touch.
In addition to 700,000 palm trees, there is a large concentration of Kasbahs, such as the Kasbah of Ameridil

El Kelaa M’gouna - At the foot of the Atlas Mountains in the city of Kelaa M’Gouna the Valley of the Roses is born, where the Damascene species is cultivated.

This place is well known for its “rose festival”, which takes place every year in the month of May.

Dades Gorges - This valley owes its name to the river that meanders nestled between the mountains along its course, backed by ochre, terracotta and red cliffs.

Its wild grandeur and otherworldly silence can only be matched by the Grand Canyon. The Dades River crosses the valley along a winding path full of fruit trees, walnut trees, wheat fields, palm trees, birch trees and almond trees, in front of an extraordinary setting of spectacular rock formations.

Dades Valley - Todra - Erfoud - Erg Chebbi - Dromedary excursion - Night in Berber camp (haimas)

Gargantas del Todra - The famous Todra Gorges are 15 km away. N of Tinerhir.
The walls of the gorges are made of red clay and are 300 meters high.

Erfoud - Located in the Ziz river valley, in the Tafilalet palm grove, 80 km from the regional capital Errachidía, it is a small modern city and administrative center of the area. It is the starting point to the desert.

Erg Chebbi - The Erg Chebbi Dunes are located a few kilometers from the border with Algeria and have a special and unique energy. Its red sand provides one of the most fantastic landscapes in all of Africa.

A trip to Morocco without visiting Erg Chebbi is somehow incomplete.

We will change our vehicle for camels, which will take us to the camp to spend the night in deluxe haimas and enjoy the magic of the desert under a blanket of millions of stars.

Typical dinner to the rhythm of Berber drums.

This will certainly be a magical night!

Merzouga - Alnif - Nkob - Agdz - Draa Valley - Ouarzazate - Marrakech - Transfer hotel or riad

Nkob - It is one of the oases located on the southern slopes of the Jebel Saghro mountains, which block the way to the desert, receiving its torrid air and its sand-laden winds that, over the millennia, have shaped its sandstone rocks a unique relief.

Where there are more than 40 kasbahs, old towns, or small villages that make it up, and that show the prominent role it had during the times of the caravan trade route that was made to Timbuktu.

Agdz - It is located along the old caravan route that linked Marrakech to Timbuktu and played an important role in the exchange of goods across the Sahara.

Draa Valley - The Draa Valley is about 200 km long and winds along the river, between mountain, desert and oasis.
The Draa is the longest river in the country, with almost 1100 km in length.

Ouarzazate - They call it the door to the Moroccan desert, as it is the last city before the Sahara, and the Hollywood of Africa, as it is home to one of the largest film studios in the world.

Ouarzazate is the most developed city in the South of the Atlas and owes its status to the presence of the film industry and cinema studios.

Unforgettable trip to the Desert. - We did the private tour crossing the Atlas and spending a night in the Merzouga desert. In the end we spent a few days in Marrakech enjoying the charm of the city. Everything was perfect! Youssef's attention from the first moment, the kindness and reliability of our guide/companion Idir, the wonderful accommodations, the desert camp an unrepeatable experience. We loved it.

A very well-planned tour to experience Moroccan culture in all its splendor. - Excellent quality of service provided. We have truly lived a unique and quality experience. I want to highlight the work carried out by our driver and guide Mobarak, punctuality, excellent disposition and spirit of collaboration, without his work the experience could be different. The transportation vehicle was very comfortable as well as the different accommodations scheduled within the Tour. The places visited have amazed and surprised us, added to the cordiality received by the Moroccan people. Highly recommended service

3 day tour - Beautiful experience, we took a tour with private driver Mustafà, excellent driver and local guide, 4x4 car. We had free choice to decide where and if we wanted to stop. Excellent quality of the rooms and food of the facilities where we stayed. the experience includes two hours of dromedary riding at sunset, crossing the desert to arrive at the luxury tented camp far from the city, the tent includes a shower, delicious food, the best I tasted in Morocco, very nice after-dinner entertainment with the drums. Highly recommended

We will return with our new Moroccan friends. Thanks for everything. - I am one of the 5 members of the group of friends who went on a route with Saha Tours during Easter 2024. We had Youssef as a guide. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The experience: unforgettable, beautiful, and 100% recommended. Both Youssef, our guide, and Hassan, who picked us up at the Marrakech airport and with whom we met several times on the route (he as a guide for other travelers), were some more friends that we met in those beautiful and surprising lands of our neighbor Morocco. . Anyway, I could be writing pages and pages about this endearing and beautiful adventure, but the best thing is that we will undoubtedly go with them again so they can continue showing us their country. Thank you friends for your good work and hospitality. Many hugs

An incredible experience - The trip has been incredible and we are delighted with EVERYTHING. Since we started talking to Youssef, the owner of Saha Tours, I had the feeling that everything would go smoothly with him, and I was not wrong. In fact, I ruled out other similar options because of the good attention they gave us from the beginning and the security that this gave us. It has been a total success. Not only for the tour itself, which has been incredible, but for having also arranged transfers to the airport and the Marrakech riad (Les Remparts de la Kasbah, highly recommended) with him for the 3 additional nights that we stayed there. It has given us a lot of peace of mind and security, and everything has turned out perfect. It is very appreciated that you have been so attentive and have always responded to everything so quickly and so well. You can tell from the first moment that he is a great professional. And what can we say about his team... Ali is a great guide, discreet and professional, always aware of everything and explaining many things to us. The truth is that it has been a pleasure to share these days with him. We also found the camp staff fantastic. The time with the musicians by the fire was great! We loved the welcome, the dinner, the breakfast, the night under the stars and the moon, the tranquility, the beauty and the magic of the place... The quad and dromedary ride through the dunes, simply spectacular... we couldn't believe so much beauty... a dream come true, and something we will never forget. The camp is beautiful, getting there at sunset was magical... the haima was so spacious and beautiful and comfortable, with a full bathroom... we also loved the Riad Bahammou in Dades... and I could go on and on but the truth is that I have no words. The only regret we have is not having been able to stay there in the camp another night and enjoy it more; It seemed very short for us. But we are clear that one day we will return to the desert, to the camp and to Morocco, and when we do, it will be with Saha Tours without a doubt. A little piece of us stays there, and we take with us wonderful memories that will last a lifetime, especially my 15-year-old son, who has thoroughly enjoyed everything. Thank you Saha Tours, thank you Youssef, thank you Ali and thank you to the rest of the team. See you soon!

WISHING TO REPEAT.... - Unforgettable experience that I hope we can repeat very soon. Organization, kindness, closeness, professionalism, dedication, speed, disposition and enthusiasm in equal parts is, among many other virtues, what the entire Saha Tours team offers with Youssef at the helm. Quality transfers, guides, riads, tents, hotels, excursions and activities that will make this trip a wonderful experience.

A great experience! We will be back! - Saha Tours has organized our entire trip in Morocco, from the riads to the transportation, the guide in Marràqueix and two unforgettable nights in the desert: in the Madu riad and in the super luxury camp Amanar. It has been a great trip that we will always remember. Our guide Hassan was fantastic and helped us with everything. New Year's Eve at camp was magical. Outing on a quad, dromedary, 4x4,... Great. Highlight the professionalism of Saha Tours and their attention. Thank you so much!

Wonderful tour, where we were well looked after! - This was an amazing 3 days 2 night private tour to the Sahara desert from Marrakech. We were picked up at our riad spot on time in a clean and very comfortable minivan. We stopped off at various scenic spots for refreshments and photo ops and our guide and driver Ismail was helpful in pointing out interesting spots and of course, taking photos! He was full of great knowledge and tried to tell us more about his beautiful country. When one of our party was unwell, Ismail looked after us and took us to a pharmacy. Our night in the Sahara desert at Amanar Camp was the highlight of our tour! The sunset camel ride followed by dinner and music and dancing by the fire will stay in my mind forever! Our 'tent' was more like a hotel room, with a hot shower and our own toilet! One tip for future travellers, bring lots of warm clothes as the desert is SO cold at night (we travelled in December) Overall, this was a superb introduction to a lovely country. I would highly recommend this tour as I felt safe and well looked after throughout. I will also offer my heartfelt thanks to Ismail, our guide and driver who made sure our trip was a fantastic one! Shukran!

Great experience - first timer - Absolutely thrilled about our recent private 3-day desert tour! Ismail, our incredibly friendly and English-fluent driver, truly made the trip exceptional. The desert stay was comfortable, offering proper bathroom facilities, December desert nights were chilly— heads-up to bundle up warmly! The staff, spoke multiple languages, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The facilities were clean but also beautifully presented. Following the desert adventure, we spent a night at Sultan Dades, which added another layer of charm to our journey. Ismail's dedication and attentiveness were beyond impressive; he consistently made regular stops, allowing us to capture stunning moments and take in the breathtaking scenery along the way. Our group had someone unwell, Ismail's quick thinking led us to a pharmacy, despite the rarity of them being open on that day, ensuring our friend received the necessary medication promptly. Overall, it was an incredibly heartwarming and delightful experience, all thanks to Ismail's exceptional service and the warmth of the entire team involved. Highly recommended for a memorable adventure.
