Siem Reap On Arrival

Siem Reap - Upon arrival, your tour guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Sunrise Angkor Wat Temple Tour and Dinner With Apsara Show

Angkor Wat - Early in the morning at 4:45am, our driver will pick you up from the hotel to witness the Sunrise at Angkor Wat. Then, we’ll ascend to the top of Angkor Wat temple, an awe-inspiring structure. Next, we’ll visit the South gate of Angkor Thom to see the towering gate with four giant faces, followed by a visit to Bayon temple. We’ll walk to the nearby Baphoun temple, a Hindu temple built in the 11th century before Angkor Wat, and continue to the Royal Palace to explore its temples, including Pimeanakas. Outside the Royal Palace, we’ll see the Elephant & Liper King Terrace and Palilay.

In the afternoon, we’ll have lunch at a local Khmer restaurant in the area. Afterward, we’ll visit Ta Prohm, famous for its massive tree roots enveloping the temple, and the filming location of the movie “Tomb Raider”.

We’ll return to the hotel to rest, and in the evening at 6:00pm, our driver will take you to a dinner accompanied by an Apsara dance show.

Kulen Waterfall and Banteay Srei

Phnom Kulen National Park - At 9:00am, our driver will meet you in the lobby of your accommodation to take you to Phnom Kulen Mountain, located over 60 km from Angkor Park. This site features a riverbed adorned with sculptures of Lingas, known as 10000 Lingas, symbolizing the supreme essence of the God Shiva. We’ll also visit the Big Reclining Buddha, carved from a natural giant rock called Prah Ang Thom, and then proceed to the Waterfall, a great spot for a swim if you wish.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit Banteay Srei, also known as the Ladies’ temple, built from pink sandstone in the mid-10th century. On our way back, we’ll stop at Sugar Palm villages to observe local people making sugar palm, and optionally visit the Landmine Museum. We’ll then continue to Banteay Samre and Pre Rup temple, a five-level temple offering a beautiful view from the top.

Tonle Sap Lake (Kompong Phluk)

Kompong Phluk - In the morning, our English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel. You’ll travel by boat down the Kompong Phluk river to the main village, home to around 3000 predominantly Khmer fishing people. Depending on the season, you can either walk along the main street or explore it during the low water level season. This visit offers a glimpse into the daily lives of rural fishing communities. You’ll see schools, a large Pagoda, and many stilted homes, some as high as 9 meters, built to adapt to changing water levels. It’s a serene and lovely place to visit year-round. This tour provides insight into the lives of Cambodian fishermen and farmers. From there, you’ll transfer to a small boat to be rowed through the flooded forest of Kompong Phluk.
