Alhamra Art Center - The Alhamra Arts Council, also known as Alhamra Hall, Alhamra Cultural Complex, Alhamra Art Gallery, and Lahore Arts Council, was designed by Nayyar Ali Dada and completed in 1992.

The Alhamra Arts Council is situated on a colonial-era road in Lahore, Pakistan, formerly known as Mall Road and now renamed Shahrah Quaid-e-Azam. The arts complex originated from an initial commission for Nayyar Ali Dada to design a 1000-seat auditorium for the Alhamra Arts Council (AAC), of which he was a member. The government granted the site to the AAC shortly after independence, and the council had primarily held outdoor performances. The auditorium, completed in 1979, replaced some temporary structures.

Lahore Museum - The Lahore Museum aims to educate visitors about Pakistan’s rich and diverse histories through its collection, which spans from the prehistoric period to the present day. The museum’s mission is to conserve and promote Pakistan’s cultural, visual, and material heritage.
The Lahore Museum’s impressive red-brick building is located on Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, previously known as Mall Road. It opened to the public in 1894 and was built in the Indo-Saracenic architectural style, blending Mughal and British Colonial architecture. The museum’s permanent collection includes approximately 60,000 artifacts of historical, cultural, and artistic significance. These items represent Pakistan’s ancient and contemporary heritage, encompassing Islamic, Buddhist, Sikh, Hindu, and Jain histories. The museum showcases works from its collection of Gandharan sculptures, Islamic decorative arts, miniature paintings, and rare manuscripts.

The bazaar was listed in the 2020 World Monuments Watch by the World Monuments Fund to highlight the urgent need for its preservation and protection, as it is currently endangered due to neglect. Anarkali Bazaar is one of the oldest surviving markets in the Indian Subcontinent, dating back at least 200 years. It is named after the nearby mausoleum believed to be that of a courtesan named Anārkalī, who was ‘chased out of town’ by order of Mughal Emperor Akbar for having a love affair with his son, Prince Salīm, who later became Emperor Jahāngīr.
