Tianzi Mountain & AVATAR Mountain with the highest elevator

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and take the Bailong Elevator up to Yuanjiajie. The Bailong Elevator is reputed to be the world’s tallest full-exposure outdoor lift and the tallest double-deck sightseeing elevator. Yuanjiajie inspired the Hallelujah Mountain in AVATAR. Visit Mihun Stage, AVATAR Mountain, and more.

Tianzi Mountain - Proceed to Tianzi Mountain, a mesa in the northwest of Wulingyuan. The mesa offers a wide field of vision, making it an ideal spot for panoramic views of the nature reserve. Enjoy Helong Park, The West Sea, and more. Descend the mountain via the Tianzi Cablecar.

Golden Whip Brook - Disembark the shuttle bus at Shuiraosimen Station and head to Golden Whip Brook, named after the Golden Whip Rock. This valley is renowned for its fresh air and crystal-clear water, making it one of the most beautiful valleys in the world. Explore 1.5 to 2 kilometers and return.

Yuanjiajie - Yuanjiajie is one of the most popular attractions in the park, often referred to as the real “Pandora World.” During the hike, prepare to be amazed by the South Sky Pillar, which stands around 150 meters high and inspired the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain. Enjoy the best views at Enchanting Platform, where numerous stone peaks resemble towering bamboo shoots. This mountain offers panoramic vistas of the stunning Zhangjiajie National Park. Descend via the Bailong lift, the world’s highest and fastest lift.

Yellow Dragon Cave & Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with the longest glass bridge

Yellow Dragon Cave - Situated at the eastern end of Wulingyuan and close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yellow Dragon Cave is one of China’s most beautiful caves and the longest in Asia. The cave resembles an underground “magical palace,” featuring wide caverns, deep underground rivers, hanging waterfalls, and dense stone bamboo shoots. It maintains a cool temperature in summer and warmth in winter due to good air circulation. Yellow Dragon Cave is celebrated as a magical karst cave both in China and worldwide.

The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie - Visit the Glass Bridge, the highlight of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. This bridge is the highest and longest transparent glass bridge, measuring 430 meters in length and 6 meters in width. It stands 300 meters above the ground and can support 800 people simultaneously. Descend into Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, which combines mountains, water, and caves. The canyon is a landform museum of Zhangjiajie, featuring attractions like the Bandit Cave, One Line Sky, Rotten Ship Rock, Butterfly Spring Waterfall, and Tianhe River Sightseeing Deck.

Tianmen Mountain & Sandstone Painting Museum with the longest cablecar

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Tianmen Mountain. Take the cablecar up Tianmen Mountain and walk along the plank road built along the cliff face. The misty atmosphere will make you feel like you’re walking in a fairyland. Tianmen Mountain’s most famous feature is Tianmen Cave, known as a door to heaven in Chinese, and famous for being glided through by a world-class stuntman in a wingsuit. Popular attractions include the Glass Skywalk, Tianmen Cave, and the 99 Bends Bus Road.

Zhangjiajie - Visit the Lijunshen Sandstone Painting Museum before being dropped off at Zhangjiajie airport. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Our best tour ever with Mr. Andy and Mr. Jason - This is one of the best tour that we ever had. Right from the beginning, Andy took care of the entire tour program with lots of minute details. He has taken care of all of us like our own relative and made.us felt at home while on tour. He also went beyond the current tour booked with him and helped us with his advice to plan our entire China trip. He has assigned the best guide Mr. Jason for us. Jason has also been excellent with his great articulation and local knowledge. He is able to add that extra layer of making things happen. He was a delight as he comfortably helped us tour the detailed itineary in a very comfortable way. The driver was equally superb and excellent .. His smiling face and very kind gesture made every day at Zhingjiajie so beautiful and awesome. We look forward to coming back here soon and all credit goes to Mr. Andy to plan this so effectively. Thank you dear Andy!

Excellent Guide - Excellent service from the moment I reserved tickets to the end of our trip. I asked for a Chinese speaking guide, as I went with my Chinese-speaking parents, and we were immediately accommodated. Our guide, Feng, was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and took excellent care of us. I am not completely fluent in Mandarin, but Feng was very patient with me and understood when I asked in Cantonese as well. My parents thoroughly enjoyed talking to her as well, and we learned a lot about Zhangjiajie's history, as well as the culture there. She was willing to answer our many questions about the Tujia (Miao) ethnic minority that she is a part of. Both my parents and I are very satisfied and grateful for Feng and her flexibility too - she helped us book tickets to a show late in the evening one night (after tour hours) because we expressed interest while walking by, changed some food orders since my mother cannot eat much of the spicy Hunan food, and took great care of us from arrival to departure when we had some scheduling issues with our train. Overall, I highly appreciate and recommend this tour, and specifically our tour guide Feng.

Excellent tour - We booked a private tour with Tour-Zhangjiajie because we have a large group with two elders and a toddler. Travel agent Andy and tour guide Ah Jun went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Andy is an excellent communicator. He responded promptly and ensure our journey was pleasant and well organized. He also helped us settled our bullet train tickets, which was much appreciated! Ah Jun was not only caring and attentive; he planned the routes that would avoid the crowds while made them easier for the elders. He also recommended the young adults in our group to take the zip line and slides while he accompanied our elderly parents. The zip line was fun and we had a blast! Overall, we had a wonderful experience in ZJJ. ZJJ has amazing scenery that's unique to the world. We would definitely recommend tour-ZJJ to our friends. Thank you so much for making this trip an unforgettable experience for us.

We enjoyed our visit to ZJJ very much.

Fairyland in ZJJ - We had a wonderful 4 days / 3 nights in Zhangjiajie thanks to Andy, Ronan and all the drivers. Once we booked our flights, Andy helped recommend hotels for our stay. He also quickly answered any questions we had before we arrived in China. A day before our tour, Andy gave us the pick up details and Ronan’s (our tour guide) contact info. Although we arrived late at night we still received a warm welcome from Ronan and the driver at the airport. Due to the rain and fog, Ronan made adjustments to our itinerary to ensure we don’t miss any sights. On the 1st day we went to Baofeng Lake, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, zip line, slides and walk at the bottom of the canyon. Because of the weather, Andy and Ronan booked extra cable car and elevator tickets (with no extra charge) for our 3rd day in case we missed the Avatar mountain. Luckily there were moments the fog cleared so we saw all the beautiful sceneries on our 2nd day. On the final day we went to Tianmen Mountain to see Heavens Door, Tianmenshan Temple, walk along the skywalk and take the cable cars. Ronan was warm, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. She taught us a lot about Chinese culture and Zhangjiajie and was able to cater the itinerary to our preferences. She also has awesome photography skills and knows great scenic spots 😊 Thanks everyone for the memorable experience!

Best way to experience Zhangjiajie - We had a fantastic time during this tour. The tour was 100 times more memorable and exciting than we had thought. And Lina, our tour guide, was truly amazing. She was always thoughtful, helpful and very considerate of our needs. Lina was an awesome tour guide. She was super friendly and kind. Lina always let us know where we were going and what we were going to be doing. She was very communicative and her English was very good. The driver was very nice and drove safely the whole time. And he also helped us with our luggage. We will highly recommend this tour to our friends and family. It was truly an amazing experience and we loved every moment of it. We will definitely be back to Zhangjiajie! Thank you Lina for making our time in Zhangjiajie a memorable experience and it was an honor to meet you. We hope to meet you again someday.

Splendid Discovery - A unique experience ! We greatly appreciated the diversity of the landscapes, each more beautiful than the other. Our guide did everything so that we could be in uncrowded places which made the experience very pleasant. He knew all the tricks to have a minimum of waiting during transfers in the park. We were also able to enjoy a bowl of very good noodles thanks to his advice. To do without hesitation :-)

Beautiful tour - Tour guide Jason gave us a good few laughs and some interesting background stories about the beautiful mountains. He gave us nice recommendations for restaurants taking in account our diets and preferences. All rides to and from the places were taken care of, the only small comment we would make was sometimes we needed to hurry to make it to other places. Andy is really helpful as well. Zhangjiajie tour is a must see for travelers!
