Absolutely amazing - Took this awesome tour with this company while on a business trip in Sri Lanka. Our guide for central highlands trip told us lots of history about these magical places we visited. It was nice warm weather which made us more enjoyable. The highlight was climbing to the top on Horton plains where the view was thrilling. They told us stories on top of the hill and the vibes with great. This tour was awesome and excellent value for money ❤️.

Journey of life time - Me and my fiance planned a trip to Sri Lanka in February this year. After searching for many tour operators we decided go with Beyond Escapes who were very professional in managing our expectations. We visited Kandy temple which is home to sacred tooth relic, major highlights in Nuwara Eliya - Horton plains, tea plantations, tea factory and we just walked in cool climes of Nuwara Eliya town. Specially hotel options they had arranged were wonderful. Staff, food and views of each hotel were perfect. I honestly recommend Beyond Escapes! Your customer service is at level best! Keep it up!

Beautiful Sri Lanka! - My boyfriend and I visited Sri Lanka this March and out of all the tours this is the best tour we had! We are so glad that we chose this with Beyond Escapes! They were always ensuring that we were comfortable throughout the tour. The hotels were really good! There was nothing to complain about because everything was at our hands! We loved our stay at Simpson's Forest and the high tea they offered with a beautiful view captured our hearts. I truly recommend Beyond Escapes for their excellent service! You will never be disappointed! Thank you Beyond Escapes 🙂

Firstly, this review is not to be... -
Firstly, this review is not to be take as criticism of Sri Lanka, or advice not to visit there. My goal is rather to help people weighing the pros and cons of a tour like this. My thought when I booked it was that the value lay in having someone else responsible for booking accommodations and transport. However, that came at the cost of autonomy and getting to explore. With the exception of the last night in Kandy, hotels were not within walking distance of places of interest, or restaurants, and during the days we were driving, we stopped only at places that the driver determined. Additionally, our driver was not particularly interested in communicating or explaining options, and generally ignored me in favour of speaking with my male companion. While I try to be tolerant of others' beliefs, this was NOT my experience on my previous trip to Sri Lanka.
In all, I would say that better value can be gotten than this tour, but of course that probably depends on how one feels about spending the time to book everything separately, as opposed to having no options but hotel room service for the majority of the trip.
