Sri Lanka Tour with Lanka Safe: Supun - We approach Lanka Safe to arrange our trip to Sri Lanka. They were very proactive and approachable and accommodated all our requests. We started our tour from Negombo the to Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala, Bentota, and finally concluding in Colombo. Our guide/ driver, Supun was very patient and very skillful driver. He is very knowledgeable of the area. He did all his best to make our travel comfortable. He keep on providing water bottles for us. He also recommended us to try local food.

Kavishan is the best!!! - Me and my mum spent our annual family trip in Sri Lanka this year and it has been absolutely amazing! The variety of sights and experiences this tour provides really helps to give a well rounded experience of Sri Lanka within a short period of time. The trip has been a gift that keeps on giving but... none of this would have been possible if not for our incredible driver KAVISHAN! King Kavishan! - The whole experience was fantastic. The tour was very well planned and included a wide variety of experiences. Our driver Kavishan was amazing, he went way above and beyond any expectations we had. He was a minefield of information about Sri Lanka, answering all our questions. Kavishan knew good, safe places where we were able to have lunches too. We felt he genuinely cared about us having a wonderful experience.

Meeting with a country, and a friend! - We had an 8-day stay with Kavishan (aka Kavi). More than a guide, he became a friend and the separation was so hard we became so attached to him. He is a guide with very good English who knows his country, its history, its customs, always available without being intrusive, an ambassador for SriLanka! Calm driving, always punctual and good advice, listening to his customers, and very attentive to our well-being and comfort. We enjoyed the outings to Lion Rock and the elephant safari as well as the interesting spice garden and tea factory where the local guides spoke French (organized in advance by our dear Kavi). Concerning the hotels our opinions are mixed but the staff always does its best to satisfy us, a big favorite for Coconut Gardens. The agency is very responsive if necessary during the stay. An unforgettable experience thanks to Kavi.

Sri Lanka Tour 6 days - 5 nights - Our driver/companion Akeel, from our arrival at the airport and for the entire duration of our tour, was truly excellent, helpful, friendly, punctual and reliable. the rating for Akeel is 10+. Different story for T.O Lanka Safe Tours. Our tailor-made tour at our request, planned with all the details of excursions, trains, names of the 5-star hotels and confirmed from November 2023 with a deposit, was not respected in detail. 3 days before departure, 3 out of 5 hotels were changed, especially the one in the Mirissa area, the new accommodation was planned 80 km to the north and therefore unsuitable for the boat excursion to see the whales. Upon our request through Akeel, re-routing was found in a lower category hotel in Mirissa. Then the thing that didn't go well for us at all: the train from Nanouya to Ella as per our plan was completely ignored by the organization!!! It was not expected due to all tickets being booked. But why have you never said and communicated it? Magically after our complaints again through the excellent Akeel, 4 train tickets appeared and we were able to make the train transfer. Ultimately: the tour is worth doing but it is recommended to confirm everything in detail. Thanks again to Akeel.

Excellent Tour Guide - Lanka Safe Tours -Sri Lanka - My wife and I spent 8 days with my tour rep Prasanna. This has proven to be one of our best trips abroad. Prasanna took us to a number of top destinations which included Sigiriya rock, Dambulla cave temple, Kandy toothrelic temple and Ramboda falls. His knowledge and experience has made the trip for us.
