Bratislava Old Town - Today you’ll fly to Bratislava – or Vienna, if you prefer – and we’ll provide a free group transfer to your hotel. Your tour leader will meet you when you get there and run you through the essentials.
At 5PM, they’ll take you on a guided walk through Bratislava’s old town. See if you can spot Bratislava Castle – thanks to its position on top of the hill it’s hard to miss. And keep an eye out for somewhere nice to eat, because you’ll have the evening free to head off for dinner.
It’s a good idea to arrange your flight with plenty of time to get to your hotel before the walking tour, but if you can’t make it for this time don’t worry – your guide will leave a note for you in the hotel’s reception and you can join the group later on.

This guided trek across Slovakia begins in Bratislava and takes you through the stunning locations in the Tatras. After exploring the fascinating sites in the capital, you will head towards the breathtaking peaks, profound glacial valleys, lakes, cascading falls, and vintage mountain huts.
You’ll ascend the Velka Svistovka (2038m) peak for breath-taking vistas, enjoy the robust flavors of Slovak dishes during your hike through the mountain huts, and indulge in the serene beauty of pristine lakes and forest-clad valleys through diverse mountain treks.
Feel free to walk at your own leisure, take as many scenic photographs you wish, or take breaks at the welcoming mountain huts for coffee and snacks. Each day concludes with a restful night at a cozy hotel in the mountain village of Tatranska Lomnica.
