Café Ancestros Coffee & Night Tour - You will be received with a welcome drink or snack, to which we will proceed to give you the flashlights in addition to the directions and instructions for the route.
We will begin a tour of approximately two hours, where we will take a night walk through the forest, interpreting the different ecosystems present on our property, in search of mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects and birds.
After each sighting, we will have a discussion where a detailed application of the species sighted, peculiarities and curious facts about each of them will be made. At the end of the tour, we return to the reception where the lanterns are returned and the visitors are bid farewell.

We are a conservation space, where primary and secondary forests mix, surrounding a small coffee plantation. In this space, you can live the experience of a nocturnal adventure, walking along the trails in search of nocturnal wildlife, which waits at dusk to emerge.
This experience gives you the possibility of going in search of this nightlife through small groups of less than 8 people (they are not private), guided by a guide who leads the group and knows every corner of the property. .
In this space we have the possibility of seeing both active and sleeping birds, nocturnal mammals, amphibians, reptiles and insects, as well as a great view of the stars (as long as the weather allows it).

Must do! - Highly recommend this night tour! Junior was a great guide. Not only did he know a lot but he had an excitement and a passion for what he did. We were fortunate to see a lot such as sloths, kinkajou, tarantula, lizard, and birds.

Amazing experience with lots of animals - A wonderfull experience with amazing wildlife. We happen to see a oppussum, red-eyed frogs, sloths, tarantula, sleeping birds, a number of different interesting insects and a few other species of frog. If you like to experience and see wildlife this is a must see.

Nature after dark! - How wonderful and unique -- we saw scorpions, tarantulas, all sorts of birds both sleeping and awake, and more ants I've ever seen in my life! Going through the jungle after dark was really a unique experience and we're all so happy we did it.

Very nice night hike with a very friendly family! - A super warm welcome with coffee from the plantation. Very nice family!
Together with another couple, we started the night hike in light rain. Sturdy shoes and long pants are a must, as animals could attach themselves or climb up. You are provided with a flashlight, but we had everything with us:)
No guarantee to see animals, as everywhere but we were lucky and saw several birds roosting, giant cockroaches, giant grasshoppers, tarantula, baby snake and a kinkajou in the treetops.
We could very recommend this tour as they all are very keen to do their best for your adventure ♡

Great experience! - So informative and interesting! The guides are very knowledgeable, friendly, and know how to spot things we would’ve missed otherwise. It had rained quite a bit earlier in the day so we didn’t see as many animals as we would’ve otherwise, but we did see plenty of birds, lizard-like creatures and even a kinkajou. Would recommend!

Awesome night tour - Junior was an amazing host and guide. He made us coffee and hot chocolate on arrival.
We were able to see a kinkajou, possums, two different species of frogs, tarantula, coffee snake, an owl and other birds. Junior was super knowledgeable. He was also able to point out the different trees and plants as well as showcase the coffee he grows on site. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Amazing experience - Guides were extremely passionate and kind, their enthusiasm for nature really was apparent. They even drove us to another spot to see a sloth! Very educational and enjoyable.
