Trip of a lifetime - Ever since the beginning of my contact with Emo tours they were always responsive. I sent them a draft of how I wanted my iterary to look and they quoted a price promptly. They answered any questions promptly and once booked provided a WhatsApp number to chat about any questions. And we used WhatsApp to communicate during the 3 days. Day 0. we were picked up from airport and opted for the service to help us through customs and visa process. They made it easy Peasy. We had an unfortunate missing bag situation (Airfrance problem). But they promptly got in line and handled getting the form filled out for the missing luggage. But for their quick action we would have been in a long line. It was a late night flight so they got us to our airport and we got right to sleep for our next days tours Day 1 we opted to sleep in and start our tour at 11 am. We did the museum, shopping and Citedal in Day one. And that was great started. Due to the lost bag they took us to a reputable place to get a few things to tie us over. They were so thoughtful Our guide Ahmed was so easy to communicate with and he answered all our questions about the tour about culture and life in Egypt. Our driver gets a 5 Star as well as I can’t imagine driving on the Egypt roads but he did it fabulously. Day 2 was a Luxor day trip. This was fabulous and had a great guide who gave us so much history and answered all our questions. She made the trip very easy and gave us lots of time for free time. Transfer to and from Cairo airport was successful and on time. Day 3 was a day spent at Giza in awe of the wonderful pyramids just can’t say in words. We opted to buy a camel ride and do a bunch of photos. It was great! Ahmed was our guide again and he took care of us for all parts. The afternoon was a wal around Choptic Cairo. This was amazing churches and history that you can’t get anywhere else. Evening of Day 3 was the Giza pyramids light show. This was the only piece that was a little underwhelmed by. It was entertaining and a nice experience but it is more of a story timeline with some beautiful lights shown on the pyramids rather than what I was expecting. But the services of Emo to get us there on time and back were spot on. Made the experience easy and VIP not having to wait in lines Final day we asked for shopping in the morning in case we needed to get some more gifts. Aladdin picked me up and gave me the bazar experience and then took me to some more reputable locations to do my shopping as well. Aladdin was awesome and I always felt like he would answer any question and make any adjustment to the tour to make it work for us. At this point we were still missing our luggage and we were leaving in the afternoon. We were told the luggage had made it in to Cairo airport but the airfrance people could not confirm it and would not pick up the phone. we would have had to go into security and find our way to baggage in the airfrance terminal. Alladin was able to coordinate with the Emo resources they had inside the terminal to pick up our bag and bring it outside to us. This was AMAZInG service. It was not their fault that our luggage had been delayed but they made us at ease knowing that someone had “eyes on the bag” and we were able to breathe a little sigh of relief knowing that we would have our bag for the next leg of our trip. Thanks not only to the guides and drivers but also the operations team that were always available to communicate with. Maryam and Marwan were 2names I know but I’m sure it was a cast of many others that made our trip a memory of a lifetime. Thank you Emo Tours.

Memorable Tour - I selected Emo Tours based on reviews and I am delighted to say they didn't disappoint. From airport pickup to the drop off and 3 days of tailor made private tours with car, driver and guide. Everything was organized very well by Tayso . Always on time in spite of Cairo's unpredictable traffic. Mrs. Asma was a great guide very knowledgeable and very kind with Mohamad Gandi as our very safe and friendly driver. I plan to return to Egypt in the winter to do Luxor and Aswan cruise and will definitely book it with Emo Tours

Family Fun Times - I have been living in Cairo for 3 years and for the first time I had family visit me here. Naturally they wanted to do all of the touristy stuff, but I wasn’t interested in doing those things because I have done them many times before; however I wanted to spend time with my love ones. We spent 3 days in and around Cairo and I had so much fun. Hazem was a great tour guide. He was able give me a new experience for the things I already did. He was patient, respectful, fun, flexible, knowledgeable and more. We had a tour to the Camel market (the one thing I never did) but for personal reasons we decided it was not the tour for us and we didn’t want to participate. Hazem quickly adjusted our itinerary and came up with something for us to do as a replacement so it wasn’t a day lost. I recommend Emo tours and highly recommend Hazem as a tour guide.

Excellent guide and driver - My husband and I had a beautiful time in Cairo thanks to our guide Nesma! She guided us through our experience in Egypt by showing us the sites and gave us wonderful explanations. She went at a good pace and was accommodating and flexible when needed. Our driver Abraham was excellent. He provided cold waters for us each time we returned to the car when we got back from a visit and opened and closed the doors for us and safely meandered the streets of Cairo! At all times we felt safe and comfortable.

Great tour - I wasn’t sure if I had signed up for a group tour or an individual tour. It ended up being just us and our driver and our guide. I do like a group, but in this case, it worked really well to just have the guide and driver. We were able to adjust to our Jetlag, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. Our guide, “Mezo” knew how to get around crowds and what was an important stop. Our driver was fearless, which you have to be to get through Cairo traffic. The only negatives were that (1) our guide would not give me time to shop at the street stalls and instead wanted to take me to those preplanned places where they give you a drink and charge you three times what you pay at home for an item. After the first papyrus shop stop, I asked him not to take us to places like that again, but he did the next morning, and so we just had them take us back to our hotel. And (2), he would not give us guidance on how much to tip different people along the way which, gratefully, our Nile cruise guide did the next week. I had read many reviews about tipping. I went over with lots of US dollars and fives. Restrooms attendants seemed quite happy to get a dollar. Remember to pass on tips with 2 hands. We thought this was a great value for the price. We followed the tipping guidelines we saw so 20% of the tour cost to the guide and 10% to the driver. We actually went over that because they were both so good.
