Simply Amazing - Our tour was amazing! First to the botanical garden where we took so many pictures and the guide was so knowledgeable then we were off to the cocoa farm. Both were amazing but NOTHING can compare to the Boti Falls! I was afraid of the steps but I was able to concur them down and back up! The falls were peaceful and beautiful and simply amazing! My husband and I took so many pictures for memories of Ghana! So happy we booked this tour and Michael was awesome! He stopped and got us local snacks, water and fruit on the way home! Overall we would give this a 10 rating!!!!!

Highly Recommended! - We really enjoyed the outing. Kweku, our tour guide, greeted us with a big smile and friendliness. He was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. I loved experiencing the Boti Falls. We were offered a canoe ride, but I preferred to enjoy it from the beach area. The Umbrelle Rock excited me, and the pics made my husband and I adventurous! Kweku did a good job of explaining each of the points of interest as well as how much exertion would be needed. For example, to get to the waterfalls, Kweku told us there would be 250 steps down and back up. The roads are very, very rough for much of the travel. However, the driver maneuvered like a professional! Highly recommended!

Fascinating Experience!!! - This tour was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Kweku was wonderful. He was very informative, kind and he made sure we were comfortable the entire tour. The views at the umbrella rock were absolutely breathtaking. The cocoa farm was extremely informative and you actually get an opportunity to taste the cocoa. Experiencing the waterfalls was an indescribable experience that you must experience for yourself if you visit Ghana. When you Ghana you must book this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended (for solo female travellers)! - I did the Boti Waterfalls Tour and the Shai Hills Reserve Day Tour with Isaac. I can not recommend both tours highly enough! I am a solo female traveller and my guide Isaac made me feel safe and welcome the entire time. Not only was he very patient, attentive, outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable- he also went out of his way to make me experience ghanian way of life (e.g. stopping by the side of the road for me to taste local baked goods). Apart from Isaac, I also loved visiting the various stops. I will never forget my visit to the Mogo Hill, the Aburi Botanical Gardens or the Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm, where I learned a lot from the various guides. Thanks a lot again for these two memorable days!

Nature is very great to experience. - Totally recommend this experience! Descended the steps to the falls with our guide Kofi. Very soothing and relaxing. Then went on a high sensation hike to the umbrella rock: unforgettable experience! Finish by hiking to the three-headed palm tree: very spiritual! Loved every moment including the ride back by moto-taxi.

An incredible and memorable tour with a fabulous and friendly guide! - From the point of booking our tour to Aburi & Boti Waterfalls the communication from Kweku was excellent. Due to the dry season I was informed that Boti Waterfalls had stopped flowing and we were offered a choice of 2 alternatives. We chose to include Safari Valley in our tour. Kofi our guide arrived at our hotel to collect us ahead of time. He was so friendly and full of information throughout our comfortable journey out of busy Accra towards towards the Eastern Region. We had a separate driver who navigated the traffic really safely whilst Kofi guided and talked us through the main points of attraction as well as providing some local information throughout the trip. We really appreciated his company and good humour. Aburi was beautiful and our guide there was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We tried Palm Wine and made a couple of purchases at the end with Kofi's assistance. Our trip to Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm was peaceful and insightful and Safari Valley was absolutely incredible. The staff all seemed so happy to show us around and share their knowledge with us. The grounds were vast and beautiful and we got up close with quite a few of the animals. The lunch and service throughout was impeccable. Overall, we had one of the best days of our Ghanaian trip and it was well worth the money. We arrived back at our hotel in the early evening both tired and extremely happy. A special thanks to Kofi and to our driver and thanks to Kweku for also calling at the end of the day to make sure our trip had gone well. We hope to see you on our next visit to Ghana.

Great day! - I couldn't do the waterfalls because of the dry season, so I went to La Badi Beach instead. I had a great day, thanks to the kind and reliable tour guide Michael. They were very well organized. I recommend them!

Waterfall me please!!!!!! - This was done on our third day in Ghana. Let me tell you this was our favorite experience of them all. We went to the garden which had us in awe of the land. Our tour guide and driver understood the assignment and made sure each moment and understanding of the land was covered. We learned about the cocoa farms and had great tours for both. The highlight was the waterfall!!! I got all the way in trying to take in the entire experience! They didn’t know it was our 15 year anniversary but they pulled out all the stops on this tour and we got many photos from the experience … the all is not allowing me to upload 🥺 The best best part was our driver! He was super safe and did not run over the million holes and gravel while we were on board. We really appreciated his safety during the day. Must do!!!!

Overpriced Trip To Aburi Gardens & Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm - Unfortunately we couldn't make it to Boti Waterfalls as one of us was not well enough to go on a long trip required to get there, so that has affected the rating, although not much. It was great walking around Aburi Botanical Gardens, and the guide was very knowledgeable and brought the history to life. To be fair, this was a trip where we could have just hired a car with a driver for the day to get there, which would have been a third of the cost of the whole trip (even if we included going on to the waterfalls). Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa farms wasn't worth it at all. There was nothing to see. All in all, way, way over priced for what it was. This wasn't a good investment but you live and learn!
