Had fun and learned a lot! - We had a wonderful time! We learned a lot. Turns out that there are many things that I did not know about sushi and how to make it. The time in the workshop flew by and the sushi we made was delicious!

Great and unique experience - It was a great experience. We have learned a lot about the history and the preparation of sushi as well as some Japanese phrases. We made a lot of different sushis. Also a big thank you to our sensei Sayaka, who made the course a unique experience for us. We will never forget. Arigatou gozaimasu! If you are in Tokyo, you MUST try!

Highlight of our trip - again! This is the best sushi class you could hope to do with family or friends. - We did a class with Morris 5 years ago and it was a highlight of our trip back then so we decided to do it again! It was even better the second time with Morris putting so much thought into making sure we were learning new things (not that we had mastered the old techniques!). This is such a personal experience - learning from a sushi chef in his own home in the suburbs of Tokyo! Don’t hesitate to ditch the many commercial classes available in Tokyo in favour of this wonderful opportunity.

Must go to learn real sushi - This is the perfect occasion to inclusively learn about traditional sushi. You can learn manner, history, variation of sushi in just 2 - 3 hours through sushi quiz and explanation in fluent English. Everything is well organized. Teacher doesn't only teach sushi, but also gives us travel tip in a fun atmosphere. It is worth much more than the price. Highly recommended.
