Addis Ababa to Jinka

Jinka - Today, we fly from Addis Ababa to Jinka, where we’ll visit the Jinka Museum and the beautiful Ari tribe village.

Jinka to Mursi to Turmi

Jinka - This morning, we drive to Mago National Park to visit the Mursi tribe and their village, known for their lip plates. In the afternoon, we head southwest of Jinka to see Turmi, the heart of the Hammer Tribes.

Turmi to Dassanech to Hammer to Turmi

Turmi - After breakfast, we drive to Omorate to visit the Dassanech tribes and their villages near the Ethio-Kenya border. We cross the Omo River by local boat, which flows to Lake Turkana in Kenya. We return to Turmi for lunch and then visit the Hammer village in the late afternoon, enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Turmi to Karo to Dimeka to Konso

Konso - Today, we leave our hotel early to visit the Karo tribes near the Omo River, then return to Turmi and continue to Konso. On the way, we stop at Dimeka, a small Hammer town, to see the largest tribal market held on Saturdays. We then proceed to Konso via the spectacular Woyto roads, arriving in the late afternoon for an overnight stay.

Konso to Villages to Arbaminch

Konso - After breakfast, we visit the Konso tribes, known for their terraced fields and unique villages, and the Konso Museum until midday. After lunch, we drive north to Arba Minch, the capital of the Gamo zone. We arrive in Arba Minch in the late afternoon, with time to relax at your hotel and enjoy the beautiful view.

Excursion to Lake Chamo and Dorze Village

Arba Minch - Today, we drive 12 km to Lake Chamo for a boat trip to see the largest Nile crocodiles and aquatic birds until midday. We then return to Arba Minch for lunch. In the afternoon, we drive 30 km to Dorze Village, known for its traditional bamboo houses and weaving, before returning to Arba Minch to end the day.

Arba Minch to Hawassa

Hawassa - After breakfast, we drive 272 km to reach the city of Hawassa, passing through beautiful roads and green mountains. We stop at Sodo town to see the villages of the Wolayta and Sidamo tribes, arriving in Hawassa by midday. In the afternoon, you’ll visit Lake Hawassa and the city’s highlights.

Hawassa to Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa - After breakfast, you’ll visit the fish market and then drive back to Addis Ababa, stopping at Ziway Lake to see the beautiful birds. We arrive in Addis Ababa in the late afternoon. Finally, you’ll have a welfare program in the evening before transferring to the airport for your departure home.
