Great Experience - would go again! - Really enjoyed our ride. Everything was very professional from being picked up, having good bikes and a guide who showed us some amazing spots. It can be tough managing people of varying abilities but Ian did a fine job. The lunch spot and the wineries were all good and very well planned. We opted for Goodieson Brewery as the last stop and boy was their beer good! The Brown Ale was my favorite. Highly recommend if in Adelaide for a few days.

Small group bike tour in the Vale - Fantastic guide Ian, took at us the optimum speed to fit all levels of experience and fitness and showed us the beauty of McLaren Vale. The day included a mountain bike trail ride, a 7km descent at speed, cruising through the vineyards and gorgeous wine tasting with a lunch platter at Gemtree winery.

Legendary experience - great way to see the real Adelaide wine country! - Ian was an incredible host/guide. Just the right blend of information, personal engagement, insights about the country we rode through and the wineries/breweries we stopped at - as well as time for us to enjoy the experience. Well chosen trails and route meant we got a great mix of scenic views, wildlife and super relaxed but absolutely delicious food and vino! Would totally recommend this!

Downhill mountain biking; wine and beer tasting tour - Pick up on time and bikes in good condition. Helmets and bike gloves available. Easy bike riding through iconic Australian eucalyptus bush with the possibility of seeing some wild animals (koala today). In the morning we rode in 3 different locations and enjoyed the "mostly" downhill riding - a gentle loop track, an hours ride in Onkaparinga National Park (with good views of the gorge) and a fun road descent prior to visiting two wineries . We then visited two wineries within easy biking distance of each other, with a yummy platter for lunch at the first winery. We finished the day with a visit to a microbrewery. The weather was great and the whole day was unhurried; everyone had a fun time and the mix of biking, wine and beer seemed about right. Thank you Ian for your time today.

Beyond Expectations - A completely wonderful day. Interesting and informative guide who ensured we had an exciting mountain bike ride that satisfied all levels. He stayed behind with the less experienced and ensured everyone was safe. Gorgeous countryside with really fabulous smaller wineries and a brewery. Highly recommended. Our guide went the extra miles to drop me at the train station!

Great riding, great wines, an awesome day! - What a great day! The riding level was perfect for our group with just enough challenges on the single track :) Wineries were awesome and especially Kangarilla Road Winery. Finally saw kangaroos in the wild and even a koala siting! Our guide, Ian, is the best!

Go on... Mix wine & mountain biking... you know you want to! - Our day with Escapegoat Adventures was a definite highlight of our trip to Adelaide! We met great people, drank awesome wine & beer, ate amazing food and rode around some of the most beautiful scenery in McLaren Vale. Geoff was a great tour guide, very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We met some fantastic people from Sweden and Spain and would recommend this tour to everyone!
