Great views - We used the cable cars to travel to the Kasbah and enjoyed the short but pretty views. We paid the standard rate (120 Dirhams - about £10) return per person for an 8 person car and shared with 2 others up and back - you can do the VIP on your own which at busy times might be worth it. We travelled up at 8pm just before sunset and down at about 9 before it got dark so it was fairly quiet. Well worth it for the views as you travel.

turn up & go - Clean & great view at top. Still loads of work at top, but it will be great when complete. Make sure it clear day to get best views.

Visit to Kasbah - Cable ar is brand new and a perfect way to get up to the Kasbah. Unfortunately, the kasbah is being renovated so there isn't that much to see apart from the views whch are worth going for.

Highly recommend - VIP experience for 4 people $50 was great value and everyone working there was so helpful and professional. We started with complimentary Drinks in VIP area with chocolates and moroccon biscuits. Then took the vip cable car which is a 4-seater leather air con car. The view was incredible. There's banners and information to read in both French and English about the history of the site when you go to the kasbah and along the site, it seems to be a reconstruct/work in progress and construction was evident when we were there. It's an amazing place to see. We went before sunset so got the benefit of the view in the day light then the sunset and the lights of Agadir afterwards. it was handy to get a taxi back as they were waiting outside.

Affordable for tourists, great excursion up to historic Kasbah (nothing inside),obv great views.Occasional fishy smells - 17/12/22 - Saturday afternoon We three middle aged guys from London are on our last day in Agadir. We had seen the cable car from afar the day before from the marina and were intrigued. I could not find it on TA. We made our way across town from the Tagadirt to find a brand new building and lots of new developments around. We entered but there were no prices to be seen anywhere so we asked at the reception. The young woman said that the prices were displayed round the corner...Odd... !Thankfully they were quite a reasonable 60 per round trip although we could have got a VIP for 800 (4 max) but we thought we would leave that to the rich folk! We paid our 180 and were ushered by a stream of young women into the departure area where there was a VIP lounge too with a group of people lounging around waiting. It was not busy at all so we boarded our own cabin at 14:56. It was all new, clean and sparkly and whoooosh, off we went... onwards and upwards. Obviously the views are spectacular and seeing the vast necropolis below (the town was tragically flattened by an earthquake in 1960 and buried under concrete thereafter as a mass grave for those who were not found). We arrived at the top at 15:07 so it was only an eleven minute trip. We wandered around the edge of the kasbah, reading the interesting interpretation boards in English thankfully. We declined the offers of camel rides and investigated the earthquake proof/seismic buildings that seemed to be empty holiday homes kept cool be a vigorous a/c unit on the roof. We left at 16:06, wooshing down the side of the hill. Horns from the cars below were beeping. We arrived to the base at 16:17 to find lots of people in the lobby watching a big LED screen with the World Cup Playoff between Morocco and Croatia which was 1:1 as we left. A thoroughly fun experience at a good price for tourists. Obviously a luxury for the locals though. On returning to the Tagadirt and its WiFi I managed to trace this attraction on TA but only French reviews.

Too high a price for this type of service. Description incorrect. - The cable car ride itself was very nice. However, the description provided by the operator is inadequate. You only get the cable car tickets from a driver. If you don't want transport, it's too complicated to handle. And the price is too high. Even with transport, it's better to take a taxi. The cable car only costs €12 per person on site. A taxi for a long journey costs €10 for 2 people.

To avoid - Ascent by cable car in 6 minutes. Some photos taken. All in all, an attraction without much interest at a prohibitive price: around 12 euros per foreign person in Morocco. To avoid
