  • Agadir Kasbah - The Casbah (Agadir Oufella) was, along with Founti by the sea, the oldest district of Agadir. An authentic fortress with winding streets and lively, the Casbah was built in 1572 by Moulay Abdallah al-Ghalib. Above the front door; today, the original inscription in Arabic and in English reads: “Fear God and honour the King.”
this fortress there remains, after the earthquake of 29 February 1960,The hill bears the inscription in Arabic: “God, Country, King” which, like the walls, is illuminated at night.
  • Marina D’agadir - the marina is a mini port Marina Agadir is 100 m from the beach and 700 m from the centre of Agadir.
  • Souk El Had d’Agadir - Souk El Had is the biggest souk (market) in Morocco’s city of Agadir. A popular place with locals and tourists alike.
  • Talborjt - This area is named after the old district of Talborjt (meaning “small fort” in local Berber, in remembrance of the water tower which was first built on the plateau in the former Talborjt). Lively, the New Talborjt which has been rebuilt away from the Old Talborjt.
There is also the Mohammed V mosque, the Olhão garden (Olhão is a coastal city in southern Portugal that is twinned with Agadir) and its memorial museum and the garden Ibn Zaydoun. Some good hotels and restaurants have been built on the main arteries.

Perfect combination of guided and self discovery - I booked this through trip advisor prior to arriving in Agadir, but the communication from Amine was superb so alleviated any concerns I may have had.We are a family of 5 ,3 generations and do like to be independent when travelling so this tour was the perfect combination of guided and self guided. We were collected from our hotel and Amine quickly started describing what the itinerary of the morning would be. We visited a few sites ending up in the Souk which we explored and had a bite to eat before we were collected and returned to the hotel. Thoroughly recommended if you don't want to be with a guide for the whole trip but are interested in some local knowledge. Well done Amine x

Great service - Excellent service. I did the tour to Taroudant / Tiout. The tour was very informative and I'm glad I could know a bit more about the Morrocan culture. The food was well served. Amin and Youssef are really nice. Amin helped me a lot with all the information I needed about the city.

Little Sahara tour - I want to congratulate this travel agency for its professionalism and, most of all, for Amine, the tour guide, who speaks fluent French and English, for being such a great person and so friendly! We booked everything online. The car picked us up at the hotel, a group of 6, on time and we set off for a great day out. All the way through, Amine told us about what we were seeing, the history of the country, ecological issues, endangered species, the berbere way of life and kindly answered all our questions. We visited a pottery house where we appreciated the old way to do the different colourful traditional pottery and I totally recommend the visit. I urge you to resist buying lots of stuff😜 Then we visited a fishing village with a natural beach where you can enjoy the untouched Moroccan lifestyle... We then headed to a dam, a beautiful place to admire the landscape although there's a huge scarce of water these days... From there we reached some dunes where the Sahara begins. Word of advise - take socks and sneakers if you don't want to scream all the way up there because of the burning sand!! You have great shot opportunities and a camel ride if you're up to it. After that we were taken to a local restaurant that totally deserves a visit. It's the old berbere all the way: the washing of the hands, taking off your shoes, sitting on the floor to enjoy a delicious tagine! Don't miss out on this experience! The guide Amine is the best!!! And he's always available on WhatsApp to answer all your questions. I absolutely recommend Amaddou Reisen in Agadir! The price is very competitive, if you're wondering...

City tour of Agadir - During our holiday to Agadir we booked a city tour. Amin was our guide and his uncle our driver. In our group was family of 6, including two 12 year aged kids and our mum. We all really had an enjoyable afternoon. Amin’s knowledge and explanation about the history of Agadir was interesting and fun. Our favourite part was at the end going up to the top of the fort and watching the sunset. We would really recommend booking with Amin as the price was very reasonable too. Look forward to visiting again 😊😎

…..1001 Nights…..on your own - A great city, with wonderful people and an extremely large number of impressions...but unfortunately we booked with our tour operator...and were very disappointed It was actually a sales tour with a bit of sightseeing...not what we wanted We then left the group and went off on our own👍 We have rarely met so many friendly and helpful people who weren't after our money. It was a great experience👍👍 ...and then we took the mini taxi (€2) back to the hotel
