We fetch you from your hotel to link up with our vehicles at the mountain base in a town known as Ihchach. Following a brief communique, distribution of goggles, helmets and Charlotte, we set off for a trek across sandy trails. A pause for tea at a local’s home is included. Post this minor recess, we push on through the mud-brick lanes of TAKKAD village and then a smorgasbord of sandy paths, dunes, and the seaside.
