Great time in Agra - Lovely experience. The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel. The car is air conditioned and comfortable with water and snacks provided. Shaan, the tour guide was very kind and accommodating with lots of historical facts to share. Sunrise is a wonderful time to visit Taj Mahal - crowds aren’t heavy at that time and especially in summer the sun isn’t baking too hot just yet. Overall, it was a great and seamless experience from pickup to drop off. One word of caution, when you are taken to visit the artisans to learn about historical crafts and arts in Agra they will hard sell you to buy something. Come with a strong resolve if you don’t plan on buying anything.

Sunrise at the Taj Mahal - We have seen A wonder of the world at dawn, the Shahnawaz guide is very patient, kind and will love to take all the photos you want, he will even ask or suggest you do different poses and show appropriate places. Visit the Taj! - Fhann was absolutely amazing. Our driver hooked us up with him for an evening trip to the back of the Taj, as well as a stop at the Agra Fort. The next morning Fhann met us at our hotel at 6a to go see the Taj Mahal first thing in the morning. He made everything very easy to navigate, while providing interesting history about the town and the places we visited. He’s very knowledgeable! We will absolutely be recommending him to friends that visit in the future.

The most perfect tour of the most spectacular place on earth. - Not only is the Taj Mahal the most amazing monument on earth, but the experience received by our guide Shaan made us feel as if we were especially important and not only this, the information provided by Shaan really displayed the incredible understanding and appreciation for this awe inspiring place. I would recommend this as highly as I can and would revisit tomorrow if I could.

Wonderful sunrise tour - Overall well worthy experience. We left my hotel in Delhi at 2 AM to reach Taj Mahal around 615 including a quick breakfast stop. The car was medium size and the driver drove slow and safe so it took some time. in Agra we met our guide, he texted me my ticket and security lines were quick and easy that early in the morning. the guide seem to know a lot of the people manning the entrance and navigated me quickly to the prime observation and photos spots before the crowds. That time of day is wonderful beautiful light very little people and my guide knew exactly where to go to get the best views and the best shots. he will even take the camera from you every few minutes to pose you and all the popular angles. He knows the history well and gives a lot of good information. The visit to Agra fort and the brunch were very good as well. Only two criticisms - I asked not to be taken to any shops as I did not want anything but under the pretense of visiting local craftsmen to hear their story I was left in an arts store were I was still pressured to buy things. I was very firm but still annoyed as I explicitly asked to avoid that. Last, when returning my driver was unhappy with the amount I tipped him and was rude about it - left a somewhat bitter taste. Still, super happy I did this trip and overall probably as good or better experience I would get with any other operation.

Japanese guide - I asked the hotel for a Japanese guide for the Taj Mahal. It was a shame that they didn't explain the inside of the mausoleum, but they did take photos of me in various poses at the photogenic spots. Saddam Khan was a very kind person and was very helpful, delivering my forgotten items to the hotel. Thank you very much.
