Ocean Rafting provides two unique Whitehaven Beach trips to select from, the Northern Exposure, and the Southern Lights trip. The principal distinction between the pair is that the Northern Exposure offers extended snorkelling duration whereas the Southern Lights provides more Whitehaven beach time.
Ocean Rafting is the exclusive tour operator with direct access to the striking and renowned Hill Inlet beach and confidential snorkel spots in the Whitsundays, promising an unforgettable underwater escapade.

We had a blast! - This was the highlight of our week stay in Airlie Beech. A wonderful day out with the perfect combo of thrills and chill. We loved everything. The thrilling boat rides, snorkling in the Great Barrier Reef, walking to the lookout, and enjoying chill time on the beaches! Chris and Joel were great - they really lifted the atmosphere and helped make the day even better!
100% would recommend (Tip: make sure you are injury free and you are happy to bounce around a lot!)

10/10 would recommend - This was an amazing day out, my partner and I went out with Chris and Joel today - both the guys were easy to chat to, and as a bonus provided some stories and good laughs throughout the day. The tour itself was well worth the money, especially if you’re travelling up for a holiday - I’d say this is a must do experience. This is the only company that can dock in the swirling sands at Whitehaven beach, so if you’re considering others I’d recommend save your time and just pick this one -
Between the snorkelling, time on the boat, heading to the lookouts of Whitehaven beach, docking on the white sandy beaches for lunch, and speeding around in the boat, it was basically the perfect day tour. Plus, with legends like Chris and Joel showing you around it’s better value for money than is advertised
Would recommend, we’ll be doing it again next time we’re back in Airlie

Best day!!! - Being a backpacker I felt quite reluctant to spend the money on this experience but I would pay for it again and again as it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
Harry in particular was amazing and very passionate about myself and other customers having the best day out there. The whole crew had such a great vibe.
Wish I could work somewhere like this as you can tell everyone here loves there job and I think that makes the customers day even better as the crew really care.
Swimming with manta rays was an absolute cherry on top as well!
Thank you!! One of the best experiences I’ve had on the east coast so far.

Greatest snorkeling ever! - We have been to many snorkeling around the world but it was one of the most memorable experience we had! Beautiful ocean, beach and so many fish at such a close distance! We will never forget this experience with such a great guides and a captain!

Great guides, but bad weatherday of snorkeling - The nice guides onboard, Kate and James, what an energy and nice feeling to be around those two.
The weather wasn’t wit us…lack of sunshine and the ocean was not clear, so it was difficult to see anything. Nice run of the boat on the way back with such a nice spirit and energy 👍🏻👌🏻
