Review - Can’t say enough great things about this excursion! We were picked up right on time in our lobby. Was a 50 minute drive from our rivera maya resort. We went to the turtle snorkeling first which was incredible. We saw so much different sea life including fish, coral, sting rays, pufferfish and about 8 giant turtles. Then we had to drive to the cenote, was a short drive. Very refreshing and absolutely beautiful. Lastly, I can’t say enough amazing things about our guide! She was so informative and overall incredibly human being. If you wanted to take photos you could bring a water proof phone case with a lanyard too! Definitely worth your time to see!!

Cesar Salad for the WIN!!!! - Absolutely loved being a crouton with Ceasar and his caesar salad! He was so much fun and the excursion was amazing. Thanks Ceasar!

One of my favorite tours! - We saw sea turtles, stingrays, a puffer fish schools of fish. The weather was great, but there were a lot of mosquitoes at the cenote. The lunch was really good. Sophie Matias and Aldo were wonderful! Sophie made sure we had a great time and was very upbeat and personable. Very enjoyable day.

Best Trip Ever - Cristina, Alan and Gonzalo were the BEST guide team ever. So fun and personable and totally flexible to meet the needs of our extended family. Alan’s pictures were breath-taking and frame-worthy. Would highly recommend this team to anyone.

Sea life and Cenote Adventure - Excellent tour! Maryna and her team were great!!! I had trouble with my gear, and Maryna took care of me. I was able to swim with the group and experience the sea turtles and other sea life! Maryna was very knowledgeable and took care of the group to make sure everyone was having a good time! The empanadas snack was a welcome surprise to everyone! It was a great experience and I would recommend it to all my friends.

Amazing Trip - Amazing experience! Santiago was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Tony got us everywhere we needed to go. Santiago explained every aspect of the trip. Snorkeling was amazing. Saw so many turtles & other fish.. The cenotes did not disappoint. Ocean Tours was seamless from booking to bringing us back to the resort

Great experience - David was super enthusiastic, very entertaining and provided lots of information. Turtles, stingray, fishes, one of the best trips we ever had. Tony's photos are amazing. One thing that could be improved is transportation. Maybe because we were sitting at the back and it was too tight and hot. But when that did not run overall experience.

Sea turtles aplenty and awesome cenote cave system - Such a wonderful experience. We were lucky to see many turtles, a few stingrays & a barracuda! Also, the cenote was awesome, more like an underwater cave tour. Loved every minute and highly recommend!

Magical experience but overshadowed by journey home - Our experience on this tour was magical and we have made memories to last us a lifetime time. Our tour guide was lovely, informative and approachable. He supplied us with cold waters throughout the day and the food we were given was authentic and delicious. We seen plenty of turtles and also had a great experience in the cenote. Make sure you bring bug spray as there are lots of mosquitoes at the cenote. Unfortunately the experience has been slightly overshadowed by the journey back to our hotel. For context, this was our last day in Mexico and the beach where you swim with the turtles was directly behind our hotel and the cenote that you visit was a 10 minute drive from our hotel (this is why we booked this specific tour). For some reason the driver took us 45 minutes down the motorway to Tulum to drop off another member of the group on the way home. This meant we drove 45 minutes to tulum and 45 minutes back to Rivera Maya whilst our hotel was only a 10 minute drive from where the excursion finished. We were not told that this would be happening nor were we told why. Had we of know this, we would not have booked because adding nearly another 2 hours onto the excursion is inconvenient and unnecessary. Apart from that, everything was amazing but I would be mindful of the journey home when booking.

Great Cenote - This was a great experience, the cenotes were so cool, we loved it! The turtles were great, however, you don’t get flippers, but the guides have them. It’s a decent swim with a lot of treading, make sure you’re a good swimmer. We got a little tire waiting for the turtles the underwhelmed once they made their appearance. Lots of prodding to take photos and of course purchase them and of course live us a 5 star review.
