Worth the money for a private tour. - We did the lagoon, cenote and cave tour with Johy and had a great time!! The lagoon had so many fish and getting there when they open was awesome because we had it all to ourselves when we were leaving the tour buses were pulling up. The cenote and cave were also not busy when we got there. Johy was great tour guide and photographer and doing a private tour let us move on our time and not be rushed. He also took us to a super local place for lunch and the tacos were AMAZING! Totally worthy the cost for this tour.

Simply amazing day of seeing the Cenotes! - What a marvelous excursion Abraham guided us through! He was so pleasant and knowledgeable and didn’t mind our zillions of questions. Very safety conscious, clean and comfortable vehicle, and accommodating. I’m older and a bit slower than I used to be but he wasn’t deterred. I highly recommend this excursion. Ask for Abraham.

Oscar was no grouch! - Absolutely worth every penny! Our guide Oscar was extremely informative and knowledgeable in so many things. It made the experience outstanding! We saw group tours around us at some point and we were so thankful for our private tour.

Perfect - Book it! - We booked a private excursion to swim with the sea turtles and snorkel at 2 cenotes through My Quest Concierge. It was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a tour company! The communication was phenomenal, the locations were amazing (we had the first cenote all to ourselves and the 2nd one there was only two other people there diving). Our guide snorkeled the second cenote (Taak Bi Ha) with us and led us through all the noteworthy spots inside the cave. It was gorgeous! Our tour guide, Heriberto is a gem! He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He took photos for us on our phones all day so we could focus on the experience and answered every question we had. We loved that we could go at our own pace and spend as much time at each place as we wanted. It was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Cenote, temazcal and traditional Mayan dinner - This tour was absolutely amazing , personal, authentic, and exactly what you want to see if you want a traditional Mayan cenote, temazcal adventure. The cenote was absolutely stunning, we even felt emotional just being in such a beautiful place. The temazcal was something everyone should do to cleanse their soul and the food was amazing!!!! Abraham and Roberto were fun and so knowledgeable and accommodating. They took footage of us during the ceremony for us to keep as memories. I can’t say enough about this experience. We left a little lighter and peaceful in our hearts!

Spiritually Awakened - Our driver and guide was Irvin. He was professional, friendly and went beyond to ensure comfort for myself and best friend who had never traveled outside the States. He even engaged in our Tezmacal ceremony which made us feel protected. Not a tourist guide but a local experience!!

Amazing Cenote Tour! - Irving was amazing! We saw three different cenotes, all unique in their own way and yet Irving was a MASTER guide! We had so much fun and felt so safe and informed the entire time! Highly recommend!

Amazing views, fun tour guide, knowledgeable, highly recommend! - Irving was the best! This experience was a solid choice! Irving knew how everything worked, he got us to spots before the crowds, and we had a fantastic time swimming with the fish! He picked us up and had no issue waiting (fyi this was the private tour package so we were the only two in the tour) for us to get ourselves together. We would not have been able to navigate around the cenotes like he was able to show us! Irving made everything easy, he took videos and pictures for us so we didn’t have to deal with phones, and he made us feel comfortable with all the gear! Fernanda and Maria were also super helpful with arrangements and keeping us in the loop prior to our tour! Thank you for a superior tour, highly recommend this company and Irving as a guide!
