The trip that never was…….. - Trip booked, confirmation of booking received and tickets provided, that’s where the good part finished. Spent 3 weeks trying to confirm pick up time and location but never got any response. Day before experience electronic ticket arrives. No communication on day, didn’t know where to go or confirmation of time, couldn’t locate tour. Eventually managed to speak to tour company who tell me no tour today with no explanation as to why everything cancelled. Company had plenty of opportunity to communicate but didn’t, took my money but didn’t provide tour. Terrible experience which ruined our day in Colombo port Sri Lanka. Now trying to get refund.
