We loved Vick the Viking! - Our guide Vicky AKA "Vick the Viking" made this a most memorable and wonderful tour! ( also our driver Eugene genius was the best and got us everywhere safely) Vicky entertained us with lessons on Icelandic history stories of Vikings trolls and elves played great music and even sang and Icelandic song to us! The sites we saw were wonderful the amazing beautiful waterfall, the lovely warm and relaxing Myvtn baths. It was a wonderful day! Thank you

Beautiful Day - The bus picked us up at the cruise port. We had a nice tour of the waterfall. Easy path to walk and view. We went to the Lake. (Not a huge fly issue) But reading reviews we brought nets to put over our hats. We did not need to use the nets. They gave us our lunches when we got back on the bus. We were informed that the group would be split. We dropped off half the bus to do a different tour with our guide. The driver then took the rest of us to the Myvatn nature bath. The driver and the tour guide were excellent. We had beautiful weather and it was a great day. It only rained on the bus ride back to the port.

Wonderful Experience - What a great way to see so many attractions in one day! It's much cheaper and offers more attractions than using your cruise ship excursions. Our tour guide was the best. I think her name was Victoria or Vicky. She was so helpful, friendly, and with a wealth of information. They also give you a wonderful lunch.

The waterfall is very beautiful and spectacular - 導遊人很好,瀑布非常的美又壯觀,下車後步行約5-10分就可以看到。溫泉有很重的硫黃味,除了浴巾也建議帶拖鞋,更衣室只有一隻吹風機,比起藍瀉湖溫泉這邊設施比較簡單 The tour guide was very good. The waterfall is very beautiful and spectacular. You can see it after getting off the bus and walking for about 5-10 minutes. The hot spring has a strong sulfur smell. In addition to bath towels, it is recommended to bring slippers. There is only one hairdryer in the changing room. The facilities here are simpler than those at Blue Lagoon Hot Spring.

Singing tour guide - Great experience. Our guide Victoria was full of energy and so excited to share her love and knowledge of her country and town. She taught us so much about the locals and so much history. She even sang for us. Such a beautiful soul with so much passion for what she does. We rode on a medium size bus/van and were comfortable. We had enough time at each stop to enjoy and take plenty of photos. Lunch was a sandwich, chips and juice, but they have stops in between for more options if you like. The Mývatn Bath was a nice end to the day. All of the stops are easy to get around and you have enough time to see exactly what is needed and you will leave so knowledgeable with Victoria as your guide. In addition, we had amazing weather this day. The sun even came out over the falls and we got to experience the most stunning rainbows at Godafoss.

A Great Non-Cruise Line Shore Excursion - A very convenient and cheaper (than ship version) shore excursion. The bus pick-up area was a 1/2 block walk from the ship (since it wasn't a "official" shore excursion they can't park next to the dock. Our tour bus actually had people who bought two slightly different tours: our version and one where some people did a walking excursion of a lava field while we were at the natural baths- I recommend the baths! One word of caution: you have to rent a towel from the front desk when you arrive (it's not included in the ticket the tour company pays for). I will say that of the three natural baths we visited in Iceland, this was our least favorite; however, it was still relaxing and we're glad we went. The stop by the lake is the one that everyone says has ALOT of flies; we lucked out since it was cold. To be honest, the lake stop was my least favorite part of the tour; really not too much to see there on a 45 minute stop & the line for their bathrooms was LONG.

Didn’t go told no reservation - I called to confirm and was told that this excursion never went through. There had no reservation. This info was all through an internet chat app. I better not have been charged as we had to turn around and literally found a somewhat other excursion with SAGA Please let me know
