Great tour - Great tour of some of the highlights of Alanya. Our guide was Ali, and he gave us lots of information on the city during the trip.

Nice city, bad customer service, not good for English speakers - Pros: nice city, ability to go to different places in half a day, things like boat tour, cable car is good experience Cons: bad service, rude tour guide, wrong information, I booked the tour with my parents, my father had trouble walking, bus passed our hotel and stopped far away from our hotel for pick up, when I told the tour guide to ask the bus to come back where it supposed to stop she acted rude and said you should walk. Then we did not get 3 seats next to each other on the bus when I asked encountered rude behavior, when I complained she made fun of us in front of others in german/turkish and people started pointing at us and laughing, she started explaining half hour in Turkish/German and then one sentence in English at the end, she said you can go to another bus if you want to sit together I thought it was good, my father sat down near the bus door to go down easily in the other bus. New tour guide made him walk all the way to end of the bus because everyone has to sit in their previous spot, dude this is not airplane and seats do not have numbers, show some respect to old people and have common sense. They changed the whole itinerary, no limani and added a shopping stop at a place with double/triple normal prices with their friends claiming this is discounted it was US prices in Turkey. Again they dropped us up across the street from our hotel. We did not get picked up or dropped off at security gate like they claim in description.
