Perfect day with beautiful nature and a bit of party - 5 stars for price/performance!!!!!! Super organized, with lots of stops (stalactite cave, small bazaar and lunch in a beautiful place) - so there was great variety! The vehicles are fun, offer a great panorama, party music accompanies you the whole time and creates a good atmosphere. The tour guides are super nice, helpful and funny. The nature is breathtaking!!! All in all a fantastic tour!!!!!

Great trip - Pick-up at the hotel went smoothly. You might want to bring a scarf or hoodie as the wind is very strong in the jeep. Overall it was a great day.

Great tour - Great tour, well organised and entertaining. Great scenery. However, the cave and canyon were slightly crowded - it was advertised that there would be max 15 people on the tour but it is worth noting that there were 3 groups doing the tour altogether.

Unsafe experience, awful in every way - Truly awful experience, and unsafe! Booked tour for Sapadere canyon, the car we were in was extremely dirty, the car had no seats belts, and the car picked up so many people on it, that people didnt have even have seats. Me and my partner left as soon as we saw how unsafe it would be, this was still in the pickup phase of customers. Also driver blasted music with an unbearable volume level. Staff ignoref requests to take down the dirty side panels covering the windows, you couldnt even enjoy the view with these dirty side panels becausw you could not see through them, or to lower music volume Also when i contacted the company qbout this tour for refund, they ignored me, didnt even bother to answer. Contacted company through this app, and 2 whatsapp numbers, through whatsapp i had talked to them before. I wouls give 0 stars to this company if it were possible. Avoid! If you pick this company though make sure you use credit card so you can atleast cancel the charce for breach of contract. Like i did. They do not care about reclamations, or your experience. Just want to grap your money and run.

A representation of destructive mass tourism that must be stopped - A great regret to have participated in this activity. I can understand that this may please others (although...) but personally, I do not want to participate in this type of mass, excessive tourism, where we learn nothing about countries and cultures , and where we do this “youyou on the trucks”. I hated : - Being with dozens of people at the same time (you leave with ten trucks, filled with tourites and go around the hotels to pick them up and drop them off 1 by 1) - Being forced to stop in a place to buy things you don't need - Being forced to listen to very loud music all day - Literally forcing us to clap our hands so that there is a false atmosphere - The paparazzi who films you and takes photos of you all day (without asking, without consent) to sell you a DVD at the end This is not a way to enjoy the trip, the landscape or even have a good conversation with people. It just made me want to go far away, not to talk to anyone. For me it's a total no, I will never do this type of activity again and I think, moreover, that it gives a very bad image both of tourists and of the countries which host this type of service. This message may seem difficult but I prefer to be transparent in order to: - To improve this type of service (fewer vehicles, fewer people, more consent, distribute groups according to whether they want loud music in their ears or calm, more information on the places , more culture and less kitsch) - Or to be clearer about the real program to prevent people like me from registering inadvertently (if I had had the right information, I would not have registered and would not have lost 1 day). Thank you despite everything to the facilitators and drivers who must have difficult days. I wish them not to take this message badly but to consider the feedback in a fertile way.
