Fantastic wine tour - This was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Highly recommended! We had an amazing day of visiting wineries and exploring new wines with Matteo. He customized our trip according to our interests and picked an interesting mix of wineries to visit. He was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant to be with. We had a great time and also learned a lot.

Best wine tour - Matteo was knowledgeable about the area and wine production. He was an excellent tour guide and set up interesting tastings for my family and a lovely lunch as well. We saw beautiful things, learned a lot about wine, and enjoyed his company as well. Can't recommend enough!!

Top Notch Experience - My spouse and I spent a great day with Matteo doing tastings at several wineries this past December. Matteo speaks great English, drives a nice clean car, is friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the region and food. We were able to go to wineries that we wouldn't have been able to just show up to, and we had great private tastings at each one. He also answered several of my questions in advance of the trip about the area and possible accommodations which was greatly appreciated. Matteo managed to get us a lunch reservation at a very difficult to get into restaurant that was fantastic. It didn't hurt that it was white truffle season! We collected 12 bottles of wine during the day, and Matteo brought us to the wine shipper for shipment back to the US (wine arrived about weeks later). If you're at all on the fence about doing a tour with Matteo, my recommendation is just do it, you'll have a very memorable day!

Best wine guide in Piedmont - Matteo is so knowledgeable about the region, wine, and fine dining. He is a pleasure to spend the day with and makes sure the customers satisfaction is always top of mind. I wish we could have booked him all week!

10 out of 10 Day in Piedmont! - Matteo was an absolutely incredible wine guide. His knowledge of Piedmont and all of the vineyards & wineries was beyond impressive. He gave us 3 different/distinct experiences (added one on the spot, after getting to know us a bit) and we felt as if the day was truly tailor-made for us, based on what our interests were. He had great relationships everywhere we went so we felt like true VIP’s. He also picked a spectacular lunch spot for us - another gem we would not have found on our own. A “10 out of 10” day for which we are extremely grateful!

Matteo giving us a wonderful wine tour - Matteo is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide leading us to a very enjoyable wine tour. The two wineries in Barolo are displaying different concepts in producing their Barolo, Nebbiolo and Babera d'Alba wines showing different characters. The restaurant he chose for us was absolutely fine and of good quality. With the Babaresco tour as an ending, we considered the tour as perfect and unforgettable.

Wonderful!! - Matteo was a wonderful guide and took us to two beautiful wineries. He offered many suggestions for what to do on the remainder of the trip and picked out a spectacular place for lunch. We only booked one tour on our trip and I’m very thankful that we picked this!! Highly recommend if you are visiting the region because you love the wine but are not sure where to start!!

Don’t miss this experience! - Our guide Matteo was phenomenal. We let him choose the wineries and lunch and it was an excellent experience. Our group of 6 took the train from Turin to Alba where we met Matteo. Very easy. The hosts at the wineries were informative, charming, welcoming. We enjoyed incredible scenery, great wine & food. A full day experience and good value. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Tour of Barolo / Barbaresco - Our guide Nicola picked us up at our hotel in Asti in a new model spacious car. Our day consisted of a morning tour and tasting at "Ca' del Baio" winery in Barbaresco followed by a lunch at a wonderful restaurant Nicola selected and then a tour/tasting at "Ettore Germano" winery in Serralungu d'Alba. Nicola was very knowledgeable of Piemonte wine and food. The tours and tastings were very informative, and the views of the Langhe countryside were breathtaking. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour.

Misleading wine tour advertisement to Barolo - The ad was misleading. It mentioned we will visit 2 wineries and will get to taste Barolo wines, which we were looking very much forward to. But we visited only 1 winery and did not taste Barolo wines. We spent more than 2 hours in 1 winery and tasted at least 7 wines which to our opinion did not measure up. I was told by the guide that theirMIs wines are on par with Barolo but we disagreed. All 5 of us felt short-changed and will never sign up with this young tour company again!
