You’ll be collected by our guide, who will take you on a tour of the magnificent Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Included in this tour is a visit to the open court where the statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy the First can be admired. You’ll also get to explore the museums located within the library. Our itinerary also includes an exploration of the catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, the most expansive Roman burial site. On this journey you’ll also get to experience the Roman Amphitheater of Alexandria, where you can marvel at sunken Alexandria monuments. We’ll make our way to St. Mark’s Church, the eldest in all of Africa, and afterwards pay a visit to the largest mosque in the city, the Abbo Elabbas Mosque. During our time here, we’ll observe an traditional funfair where children can be seen enjoying various rides. Lastly, we will experience the mesmerising views of the sea at the lighthouse.
