Following this, you’ll be taken to the Catacombs, the largest Roman Cemetery comprising of three tiers carved into rock. After having lunch at a local eatery in Alexandria, we’ll continue to the Qaitbay Citadel, built upon the site of ancient pharaohs’ (lighthouse) in Alexandria, then onto the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
