Lake Kaindy - We will get to the parking area of the lake on the soviet time minibus. After that, there are 3 options to get to the lake, such as by horse, by minibus (still 600 meters has to be walled) and by walking 2,5 km.

Please join me on an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking Almaty region. Witness the awe-inspiring Charyn Canyon, Kolsay, and Kaindy lakes.
Our first stop will be Charyn Canyon. For those who prefer not to walk, it’s better to view Charyn from above without going down. Afterward, we will head to the village of Saty for lunch and then proceed to Kaindy Lake in a Soviet-era minibus called ‘Bukhanka.’ To reach the lake from the parking lot, you can rent a horse (not included), ride the Bukhanka minibus, followed by a 600-meter walk, or walk 2.5 km. The road to Kaindy is unpaved and bumpy. After that, we will head to Kolsay. Some walking will be required to see the lake.
Enjoy lunch and dinner at local roadside cafes. Dinner will be served at Baiseit village around 9 - 10 PM on the way back to Almaty. Don’t expect anything extraordinary; it will be fast and tasty.
