A day well spent at Shymbulak! - Our guide Nur Sultan was extremely friendly and polite. He showed us around the Shymbulak ski-resort and told us about the history of Almaty and ski resort. It was a perfect day trip. We recommend this tour.

Nice day trip to the mountains - The booking did go smoothly and the tour operator contacted me immediately afterwards to confirm the details. Also my guide Bakhtiar contacted me before my arrival to Almaty, so everything was very well organized before and during the trip. It was amazing to go up the mountains so class to the city, of course it helped that weather was sunny and quite warm! The views from 3.200 meter were amazing and there are also many activities offered up there. There are also several nice restaurants and cafes up there where you could enjoy nice meal and drinks. All in all for me a very enjoyable and relaxing day in the mountains and Bakhtiar was doing an excellent job to arrange the program to my liking.

Must visit place to Shimbulak - It was a wonderful trip to Shimbulak and the guide was so helpful in all the ways. My kids had never done skiing, there we have the opportunity to learn with proper instructors. Kids confidently did skiing within 10 minutes which is really appreciable.

Excellent guide, amazing views - Our guide Nursultan was super nice and delivered the tour as advertised. We had a great time talking everything about Kazakhstan. View on Shymbulak is great.

Incredible tour! - Incredible tour to Medeu and Shymbulak! Great opportunity to see stunning views of Shymbulak mountains, visit the iconic Medeu skating rink and enjoy the beauty of nature right outside of Almaty. Nursultan (owner of Neomad) is so knowledgeable and friendly and made this an unforgettable experience for us.

The guide was really friendly and we felt as we are roaming with an our old friend in Kazakhstan he was that awesome - The view of the mountains snow and ice what an amazing experience we had with the climate it was amazing

Tour was cancelled due to wearing - I was asked to cancel this tour due to weather, still the money was deducted & entire amount was not refunded. This is not ethical. I will really not consider booking again through tripadvisor
