Unreliable and un-.professional. Avoid this busines - Unprofessional and unreliable operator who does not communicate about canceling the event. It ruins the vacation plans The operator never showed up to the meeting place specified. Two other groups were also there waiting. The operator did not respond on chat provided by Viator app. The other group was able to confirm that the trip was cancelled. But none of group was notified about cancellation and ruined the vacation The operator cancelled due to inform weather. But weather was Sunday, no wind, no waves. It could not have been calmer. There were to local kayak trip operators which was making kayak trips. This operator is unreliable as other reviewers indicated. There is a local operator who is more reliable and less expensive. We were able to join the kayak tour right after we leaned that out operator cancelled the appointment. The local operator “Open Water La Herradura” was so kind and provided a guide outside of planned times learning that our operator cancelled our trip without any notification. I do not recommend this unprofessional operator but you will get reliable and less expensive tour if you call the local operator indicated above.

Very bad experience with AwA Watersports in Almunecar. - We booked a kayak trip online on June 17, 2024 for the same day at 4:00 PM. Paid €125.00 by credit card. We arrived on site at 3:45 PM. The location was difficult to find because the tour was apparently operated by another company. After a lot of asking and searching I finally found it. To our surprise and annoyance the business was closed!!! Phone was not answered. Worthless organization and certainly not recommended!!

Very very bad! - Never again! - The excursion we booked was cancelled shortly beforehand, by email. Because I didn't see the cancellation, we were still there. The reason for the cancellation was bad weather. As I said, we were there and it wasn't bad weather! The second problem with the kayak tour was that the location that was given didn't exist!!! The address given: AwA Watersports la Herradura, P.º Andrés Segovia, s/n, 18697 Almuñécar, Granada, Spain , was a kayak and snorkelling provider, but not the one we booked with. The employee at this kayak and snorkelling shop said that the provider we booked with had this location last year, but this year was no longer here, but in Montril. Because that would be another half hour's drive, we would never have made it to the tour on time! When I requested the cancellation, I was sent an email with a cancellation fee of 0 euros, even though the tour operator canceled the trip themselves! So, this booking simply deserves 0 stars!

Bad time - First they moved from 4 to 5pm, and started at 5:20 there were around 17 kayaks with 2 guides, They didn’t take care of the group propertly because they moved the group of sunday to saturday because the bad weather going to be. After a while my daughter was feeling tired and was scared of the waves, boats and jet skis around, we decided to tell the guide that we need to go back and he told us go by ourselves
