Half day wine tour - We chose a half-day wine tour. We initially thought we would visit vineyards and manufacturing plants. It might not be the harvest season, so we just went directly to the store to taste and learn more. The staff was so polite and friendly. We were embarrassed after we drank 3 glasses, but she took the initiative to join us. It’s better to have 2 more drinks during the Wine Tour😂 During the car ride, I also saw beautiful vineyards everywhere. Then we arrived at a small town called Alsace. It was full of beautiful colors and had many different shadows. The style was different from Colmar. I must mention that the tour guide who led us was very, very friendly. He knew that we were not fluent in English and tried his best to explain it slowly. He also recommended that the location be more beautiful to take pictures. I hope we have a good time. Great introduction to Alsace - Great introduction to the Alsace region and wine route. Knowledgeable guide made for an excellent tour.

Excellent excursion - Our guide Jerome did a fantastic job telling us about the history of the region and showing us around the most beautiful little village. The first wine stop was excellent. The second felt a bit stingy and the wine was not as good either. But the total was still excellent and I would very much recommend this tour.

Wonderful Half-Day Trip! - We had a wonderful time with Jerome, our guide and the rest of the group. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Wine was great and we loved walking around Eguisheim!

Thierry is an excellent... - Thierry is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and very interested in seeing that the guests had an informative and enjoyable time. He handled the translation with the vintners into French with aplomb. Highly recommended.

WATCH OUT SCAMMERS! ADVERTISING MISLEADING TIMES! - Worse than 1 star, they mislead you with wrong starting times. They put 2 starting times up and right after you book you see one time / location right away, so we thought that was our starting time. The next day we got an call that we missed the tour! There was another starting time somewhere else described, we contacted the tour company for an refund and they send us to Viator and Viator send us straight back to the booking company, this has been a month ago and we still haven’t got our money back! The worst costumer service I’ve ever received, the wine tour company just hang the phone up on me and Viator eventually told us the tour company wouldn’t let them issue a refund. Don’t give your money to a company who treats their costumers this way about a mistake that they themselves caused. For us €294 is down the drain..
