Excellent Safari - Excellent, a good two-day Safari, with a very professional and attentive driver and guide, a night spent in a lodge in Amboseli, a truly superb place. Lots of animals to see with Kilimanjaro in the background.

Seamlessly successful safari! - I quickly booked a short trip to Amboseli and back at the tail end of a business trip to Nairobi, and it was absolutely perfect. Communication was quick and effective before and during the trip, with pick and drop off at a private residence no problem. I had the excellent and knowledgeable Douglas all to myself as guide, and his experience was such an asset to make sure I always had the best possible view. That man can thread a minivan through the eye of a needle! On two game drives through the park we saw a lion, cheetahs, gazelle, hippo, buffalo, flamingoes and many many elephants! And all of this with majestic Kilimanjaro as a backdrop. Lots of zebra and giraffe both in and out of the park, as well as some ostriches. A fantastic experience, even in the low season. Highly recommend!

Lioness Conjurer - Must Go With Rustic Tours! - Okay - so it was a last-minute decision. I'm a planner. I'm in Nairobi for work with a weekend in the middle and I thought I need to get out of the city - so do a safari. I read review after review... And then I started reading about Rustic Nature Tours and Kelvin. He picks me up at the hotel and I pretty much say - cats. I'm going for the cats. And he got me the most phenomenal cat experience. The only reason I don't have photos on here is because I shot all video. But basically the story does like this...Before we start the game drive he says I'm going to get some cats to cross in front of us. *spoiler alert* Off in the distance there were three lionesses. It was evening, about 5.00 p.m. And you could see them pop up their heads every so often. There was a paparazzi of safari cruisers around us. People coming and going, getting impatient. But not us. Then Kelvin says: "Give it another half hour." By that point is was 6'ish. And there it went in about 10m after, they got up and started on a trajectory that all of a sudden Kelvin told me they are going to cross the trail! Long story short after fighting through all the other safari cars, he pushes forward and stops. And what do they do? They walk RIGHT BY our car and then cross right in front. The only way they could've gotten closer was if they jumped in the car. His instinct is incredible. So if you are reading this review, I'm serious, true story this is the tour company to go with. I can't wait to come back and plan a longer trip. Thank you so much Kelvin!!

Great tour, organised by good people - The trip to Amboseli with Rustic Nature Tours was amazing. We had a wonderful guide, Steven, who was very intuitive and found some amazing animals in the park. We couldn't believe how much we saw in such a short space of time: Cheetahs, Lions, Elephants, Ostrich, Baboons, Buffalo, Hippos and so many other amazing animals! On top of this, the accommodation we were provided with was top tier. It was called Oilepo, and it was a really beautiful lodge with great food, and very comfortable accommodation. If you do go on this tour, I would strongly recommend taking the higher tier option for accommodation as we absolutely loved it there. Also, Kelvin (the organizer and contact at Rustic Nature Tours) was very helpful and kind. We had some feedback around our visit to the Masai Village and some problems we had with this (optional extra) experience. Kelvin was very attentive to our feedback, and so although we enjoyed this part of the trip a little less we would still rate the overall experience and service 5*s. Thanks Rustic Nature Tours!

Home with the elephant's of Amboseli - This is the second adventure am going with Rustic Nature Tours Ltd. The first tour I did with them was absolutely stunning and therefore decided I'll arrange again a safari with them to Amboseli, the home of elephants. As it turned out it was a great experience and value, especially for the price. The experience was made really great with a big thanks to our driver, host and guide, Kelvin!! I think we surprised him by being ready to leave for our morning game drive earlier than the written time and it was well worth it. Saw 11 lions in the same field as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests! Definitely would not have without Kelvins knowledge and willingness to take us earlier than planned, plus seeing the sunrise colors over Kilimanjaro was extra special. The lodging and food at kibo safari camp, was absolutely gorgeous, serene & the food was perfect. I must say the star of the experience is definitely the driver/guide and game drives. I love elephants,& trully this is the home of elephants. I will reccomend this tour without hesitation & Kelvin wholeheartedly. Am very impressed with this experience & my family and I had a really good time. Asante sana! đź‘Ť

Amboseli Adventure - Highly recommend Kelvin and Rustic Tours for the Amboseli Safari and for your other Kenyan outings. Our accommodations were great and we had an unobstructed view of Mt. Kilimanjaro during our stay. The safari itself was enjoyable and we were able to get up close to elephants and see a variety of animals. Kelvin was also a friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate guide - which made for memorable experience. The booking was also easy and stress-free, so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the ride.

Amazing tour w/Kelvin! - I cannot say enough good words about Rustic Nature Tours. Our guide,Kelvin, was prompt, responsive in planning the weekend, and very knowledgeable about the animals in the park. You could really tell that he genuinely wanted my group to have a good time and learn about the environment in Amboseli. He often world stop to talk to other guides to find out where animals were hiding out. He had an enthusiasm as if it was his first, despite having been many. He’s very passionate about Amboseli. I cannot recommend him enough.
