Perfect tour of paradise - Pandi was an excellent guide for our first trip to Bali. We had a list and he accommodated our requests and added in a few surprises. We will certainly ask for him again!

One day Bali trip - The tour guide Wayan is wonderful. He speaks well and super well mannered. We especially enjoy the coffee tasting stop although we understand it is part of the tour itinerary to help boosting local economy. Balinese are super kind welcoming and well mannered group as compared to visiting European who are cold and not much expression towards foreigners. We cannot deny this whoever from Europe if is reading this comment. Might not be all, but majority. I have lost count visiting Bali but this trip is one of the best experience I have had. Certainly will take up another tour again if I ever Bain in near future.

Excellent day trip! - Excellent day out with our guide, Kadek! He picked us up right on time and explained the itinerary and game plan. It is a very early start but well worth it as you have to get in the queue for your photos at Heavens Gate. When we arrived Kadek handled everything for us, we didn’t have to worry about anything. When it was our turn he took photos and videos for us that came out great! We stopped at rice terrace and at the water palace where again Kadek took pictures for us and let us take our time wandering the grounds. We then went to eat and he helped us with local choices on the menu, we really appreciated that. We stopped in a local village to look at art and then finished off at the waterfall. This was a long day but a GREAT time with Kadek! He made the trip a perfect day! I highly recommend this tour and Kadek, the best guide in Bali!

Overall Nice Trip - Driver is good, friendly and helpful. Enjoy the trip, thanks! the only one place unexpected is visit the rice field, which driver just stop at road side and show one of the rice field for us to take a look, which I expected will to go the rice field like the advertising have a nice view and can walk around.

Great tour but a lot of traffic - The gentlemen was very professional and very informative. He new all the best places to see. Heavens Gateway will take you hours to get an individual photo and expect a lot of traffic as you make your way around the Island.... but thats Bali a lot of traffic. Overall worth doing this tour
