- Lempuyang Temple - Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang Temple where you will see The Gate of Heaven. Need about 2,5-hour driving to reach this place from your hotel. Located of this temple is on the slope of Mount Lempuyang, at 1,175 meters above the sea level. So that’s way This temple has become one of the highest temples in Bali. The Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple became number one popular tourist destination tour in 2018 because this spot is Instagramable. - Tirta Gangga - Tirta Gangga is the ancient and historical spot that comes from the era of Karangasem kingdom few hundred years ago. The scenery and architectural design here is really beautiful. It is like you are going back to the past when you enjoy this place. The main attraction in Tirta Gangga is the ancient pool. In this pool, you can see beautiful fish that swimming freely. Here, you also can find water spring that came from under the tree. The water from this water spring is believed to be holy water by the locals that have many magical effects.
- Asah Hill - At Bukit Asah / Asah Hill you will see a great view of small island separate from the main island. The View of the ocean from this place are amazing. Here also the best camp zone in Bali with the sea views.
- Virgin Beach - Virgin Beach is Nice beach with white sand and not so crowded. The beach such a private beach for you to enjoy the clear blue sky, beach sands, and just relaxing yourself here is a great thing to do!

Great tour and guide - This was one of the best tours.
Kadek was an exceptional guide and took very nice pictures of us.
We enjoyed our full day and he made it the most out of each place we visited.

With the right guide you get the best experience! - Great tour guide/driver!! Agung was a wonderful guide :) He was very friendly, informative and easy going. Extremely patient with how slow the process was at the Lempuyang Temple. He was informative and showed us extra sights and places that weren’t on the itinerary and were NOT tourist traps 😁 It ended up being a much longer day than we expected but being with him and the experiences he gave made it all worth it! Highly recommend this tour with Agung being your guide!

Great guide and wonderful day excursion! - Gede was our guide and he was fantastic! He made sure we got the most out of each site we visited … he was attentive to our needs and was so willing to take as many pictures as we wanted. We enjoyed our day and he made the most of each spot we visited. He was helpful with suggestions to make each stop wonderful! We really appreciated his suggestion and it helped us get the most out of our day. He was knowledgeable and a wonderful guide.

Fun experience - The english speaking driver, Agung is so punctual. He will also clearly state your itinerary from the start so you would know what to expect.He can also be your tour guide as he shared some tips with regard to location/sceneries. He can help you out capturing your prescious moments by being a photographer as well (by request).
As for the tourist attractions, you can take your own time at Virgin Beach and T. Gangga, however in Lempuyang temple/gate of heaven is not possible as you have to wait in queue for 2 hours before you can have your own 'moments'.
Travel time is around 3 hours per way (it depends where you are staying) so make sure that you took your breakfast before leaving for a tour.
Overall experience was fantastic as the visit itself is not dragging and we are able to capture the targeted scene.
Value for money is not quite good if you're on a budget as you can also DIY by renting a car as this includes the driver already. You can design your own travel itinerary as well.

Great! - it was fun! I think this trip covers all the essentials in the eastern part of Bali. We wanted something relaxing and peaceful and this was what we were looking for. The driver Desu was very kind and attentive to us and we really enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach at the end of the trip.

Massive Fish - We stayed in Kuta at 8am, First stop was the Virgin beach very beautiful, gold and black sand, you can just walk across or pay to sit on sun lounge, bony cost much, then off to what was called waterfall, but was more a water garden, don’t let this stop you it was amazing and the largest koi I have ever seen. We then stopped off and feed the monkeys, not part of the trip but our driver was really good, you can buy some bananas for them that was cool. Then off the Heavens gate, really amazing, however be warned, the queues are massive to have your photo taken (however these other great photo opportunities without having stand waiting), so recommend if set on having your photo taken leave at 3am and miss all those photo worshippers. Overall amazing day driver great, but long drive.

Not the spiritual and clam experience expected - Wife and I arrived at Temple around noon and told by staff that there was 3 hour wait in high temperature and humidity. I had my own camera but on arrival at temple found two sets of terraced seating crowded with people.
They were waiting for a staff member seated in a plastic chair in front of 'gate' to take their photos and had plastic bucket at his feet where people were placing payments for this.
Took my own photos of gate and moved on. Sadly area was full in 'influencers' who were getting photo for their profile and not living in the moment.
Temple was closed during our visit; we were told there was ceremony but Balinese government clamping down on tourists accessing temples as I found when visiting other sites.
Disappointing experience.

Beautiful photos but poor tour - The photos we took home were stunning but we didn’t realize it was just a mirror that gave the effect of the temple. We left our hotel at 5am to “beat the rush” of people but it was so busy we still had to queue for hours just to take a photo. What was most disappointing was the driver / guide barely spoke the whole trip. He seemed quite lazy and was sleeping while we waited but had nothing to say about the location , history, I wouldn’t consider this a guided tour. We could have just taken our ticket in the queue and went off and visited another location in those hours lost. I felt bad leaving the review as I know the pandemic was hard on the locals and the tourism industry but the driving was also very dangerous and poor (I’ve lived all across Asia so not new to this) and wouldn’t recommend.
