- Hammamat Ma’in Street - Depart from Amman at 9 am. Ensure to arrive at the rendezvous point prior to this time.\n Savor Arabic coffee accompanied by dates and cake during the journey to the hot spring.\n Upon reaching the hot springs (approximately at 10 am), you’ll have leisure time to indulge in the thermal waters and unwind beneath the waterfall, as well as experience a natural sauna in the cave.\n A lunch complete with soft beverages will be served at 1 pm, followed by tea.\n Between 3 and 4 pm, we’ll head to the Panorama of the Dead Sea to take in the stunning scenery and witness the sunset.\n We aim to return to Amman by 5 pm.

"Unprofessional Conduct and Negligence in Car Handling by Hotel Staff" - Upon receiving the car from the hotel, it was damaged. The car was handed over and a tip was requested without even mentioning that it was damaged. When we noticed, we went back to the hotel and found no one interested in the issue. Even communication with the person who received the car was not pursued. This was utterly unprofessional and discourteous behavior
