King Abdullah Mosque - The blue-domed King Abdullah I Mosque, built in the 1980s by the late King Hussein as a memorial to his grandfather, is open to Non-Muslim visitors.
The nave with an area of 1,615 m2 has the capacity to house 3,000 worshippers. It is octogonal and distiguished for not having pillars inside. Its dome of 35 m in diameter has a height of 31 meters. A source of radiation was placed in the middle taking the form of a golden star culminating in the Ninety Nine Most Beautiful Names of Allah surrounding the dome’s neck. The suspended chandelier of 168 lanterns consists of three circles with the Holy Quranic Verse with the word Allah recurring on every lantern.
The fertile land is expressed in the form of a red carpet made of an ornamental textile of recurring patterns meant to direct worshippers toward the Kiblah. All the walls, including the Kiblah, the pulpit, and the Mihrab are panelled with wooden and marble oriels.

Customized Amman city tour - We spent a very enjoyable day with our driver/guide Mohammad. He was very friendly, knowledgable and flexible as we revised the itinerary because we had already been to the Roman Theatre. He was on time and our communication with him was also excellent. We highly recommend Petra Limo and especially Mohammad.

Best of Amman - now if you are crazy you can do this tour by your self, but for sure you will not see the same sites Petra will show you, also to drive inside Amman, find a parking and not get scammed by taxi driver or Uber driver, then just book it with Petra, because they take care of you show you all the great places in Amman and you will not have any problem at all
and if you lucky to get Mohammad to be your driver for this tour then you wil enjoy it 100%

Mohammad, the boss - we traveled for a lot of country's but didn't meet any driver like Mohammad, he's so great, friendly and helpful, we was so sad when he left us in the end of the tour, and hope to meet him again

absolutely excellent service - just what I wanted, car turned up on time only 1 hour after booking and did a brilliant job of parking right next to the citadel, the amphitheatre and the main mosque, as well as providing me with a delicious local treat. although just a driver with limited english, he gave me good basic information and was very pleasant. door to door private experience for not much different to a group tour price.

Day of the life - during our tour in Jordan we had extra day, so we booked this tour with Petra and it was a day from our life, we didn't except that Amman have all this amazing sites, so for sure we are glad that we did it
