Fun and Welcoming Experience - Roman’s cocktail workshop was a fantastic way to cap off our vacation in Amsterdam! He was kind, knowledgeable, and entertaining, and made us all feel welcome and at ease in his home. We learned to make two delicious cocktails, and with flair. We highly recommend this experience!

Super host - Roman is a high energy, highly knowledgeable, entertaining host! We had a lot of fun. Made two very complex cocktails which were tasty and photographic. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend a nice two hours in Amsterdam

An exceptional evening of mixology experience - cette expérience est magnifique!!! If you are in Amsterdam and want to get way from the hustle and the typical touristy things to do book an evening to do a cocktail mixology course with Romain. For a Parisian Romain breaks the traditional stereotype by being enthusiastic, humorous and grateful. 😀. He has an elaborate knowledge of the craft of mixology and loves to share it with the participants. This is truly a hands on experience as everyone has their own exclusive station to prepare and mix their own cocktails. Romain has a lovely apartment to host this event and the best part is the social interaction with your fellow mixologist on the balcony as you indulge in your creations.

Great class!! - We met Romain on his food tour that morning and had such a great time. He did an awesome job and we loved his personality. He mentioned that he had the drink making class that night so we automatically signed up for it. We had a great time. Romain did a great job incorporating the history of some alcohol and drinks along with showing us some great skills for making mixed drinks. His flat was very welcoming and comfortable. And we enjoyed spending the few hours with 2 other couples- one from California and one from Germany. We always enjoy meeting people from all over the world at the food tours/classes.
You will love Romain!!

So much fun! - What a special experience! We had the best time with Roman and two other couples. Roman was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and creative. The drinks we made were so delicious and fun, his apartment was bright and lovely, and the background music was perfect. It was great to learn some new tricks and meet new people in a foreign city. 10/10 recommend Roman’s class!

Fun, educational and delicious - I had such a blast (for the 2nd time!) making high-end, delicious cocktails. I first found Romain & Shaker Cocktail Club in 2022 with my husband. This time, I took my mom, brother AND husband along for the ride. Romain keeps his space clean and streamlined. After the first drink lesson & before your second lesson, you get to enjoy a small snack of popcorn while either sitting in his cozy living room or on his gorgeous balcony. He always surprises us with fun facts about the history of mixology & uses the best ingredients. 10/10 interesting, fun & best of all: delicious!

Best cocktail night - We came as a birthday gift and absolutely loved it. Amazing experience with a great balance of techniques, history lesson on cocktails and practice. The cocktails were absolutely delicious. Roman is a great host and very passionate. Greatly recommend!
