Very good - The views were lovely, the tour guide was helpful and explained everything in detail, the only thing to fault is as it was the last trip we got dropped at the opposite end to where we got picked up, it was center to coffee shops but about a 40/45 minute walk back to our hotel!

Good Little Trip - I brought the trip from Get Your Guide. It was a small boat however could accommodate a large amount of people. Drinks were given promptly and the history surrounding Amsterdam was good & interesting. Both the host & captain were funny and helpful. Value for money and you won't be disappointed. The whole trip lasted an hour.

Basic but ok - A great way to see the residential areas of Central Amsterdam, but don’t expect much more. The commentary was limited- every building was ‘very nice’ or ‘very old’. 🤷‍♂️ Also worth mentioning that the drop off point was 2.4km from the pick up point - this wasn’t mentioned until were well into the trip

Being fooled with GO-CITY PASS- BULL DOG cruise bookings - **BE CAREFUL GO-CITY PASS HOLDERS** Per the pass, you must walk in as you don't have to reserve. After reaching the spot, the captain informed us that there were no available seats for the 8 PM and 9.30 PM tours out of the three cruises they operate. It seems unfair that the tour doesn't operate on a first-come, first-served basis when all the attractions on the pass operate on the same principle. There appears to be a clear distinction between people who purchased tickets outside of go-city and go-city pass holders, which is confusing since both groups have paid for the trips and should be treated equally. The past never explained this, and it didn't make sense to have this rule if I had to buy a pass. To address this issue, you could consider allowing go-city pass holders to book online or reserving ENOUGH seats. During my visit, I saw seven people turned away, and it was frustrating to see ALL OF US queue up for hours and not get a chance to experience the cruise. Other canal cruise providers, like Stroma, allowed everyone first-come, first-served access. Bull Dog is a 1/5 for me since if you were on my planning list and I had to way away, I'm not using the pass. It's more annoying that I emailed them, and they asked me to be there 15 min in advance to make a spot, but then I was fooled. GO-CITY pass holders can avail of the other cruise on the pass from STROMA, and they are pretty cool. Just walk in, and they accept you with open arms since they operate very often and have seats.
