In case of bad weather we provide umbrella’s. In some cases of bad weather or season we might use a covered boat. In case the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
Please note that our boats are open in summer. In spring and in fall the boats can be open or covered, depending on weather in the morning. And in winter they will be covered and we will have heated seats.

Great canal cruise - Michele and Maude were amazing! We learned so much about the city and had a great time! They had blankets and tarps to keep us warm from the rain too!

Fun on the River - I first went on a BoatAmsterdam tour in 2017 when they first opened up. It was great fun then, and the legacy continues. I took one of my daughter’s on this tour and she agreed. Maud and Michel were great hosts and very informative. Lots of interesting facts, suggestions and stories. I highly recommend this company for all your canal tours. They have tons of options. Can’t wait to do it again next time I am back.

Worth it! - We loved everything part of this canal cruise! Lovely open air boat. The 2 men who toured us around were lovely! Drinks were nice and refreshing. Definitely worth the money :)

Best boat tour - Absolutely excellent tour. Nico our driver was brilliant and full of knowledge. The other chap I couldn’t hear as I was at the back and it was a busy trip with a large group but they kept our drinks well stocked and were very informative and friendly.

Incredibly Exciting Canal Adventure! - The Amsterdam excursion proved to be an exceptional way to start our journey. The hosts, Michele and a kind young lady from Nebraska, provided impeccable service throughout the entire experience. The inclusion of unlimited drinks and cozy warm blankets made the brisk evening canal cruise all the more enjoyable. When the rain began to fall, they went above and beyond by offering umbrellas to all the guests. Their commitment to top-notch service truly made this tour a memorable one.

Great time, and worth it - Had a great time and there was a nice crew on the boat we had. The guide gave us a decent outline of the history and allowed us to ask questions to make it more personal. Our overall group consisted of about 10 people. Drinks consisted of beer, wine (red/rose/white) and soft drinks.
