Romantic medieval town - This was a good way to spend a day. The staff is courteous and friendly and they give you enough time to explore on your own. The 3+ hours on a bus each way requires patience. Brugge is a lovely town and worth a visit

1-Day Family Trip - Large Group - We bought the excursion at the office in the center of Amsterdam, Aurora kindly supported us in the purchasing process and advised us throughout the process. Our guide was Pia, the tour was in English and Spanish. From the beginning he was concerned about getting to know a little about each one. During the trip, Pia explained a little context about the visit and before arrival, she explained everything we needed to know to make the most of our short stay: what we should try, what to see, what to experience and also what things to avoid. My family was very grateful for the experience and the attention that Pia gave us, she was very kind all the time and helped us resolve all our concerns and resolve any situation that arose even when we were a large group. Super recommended visit

Excellent experience - We have gone to Bruges with my family, accompanied by our guide Pia! It is a magical place, it is advisable not to miss getting to know this beautiful place. Pia told us the history of the different places during the tour, she was very friendly, attentive and available for any questions! Additionally, he gave us excellent recommendations for lunch, buying chocolates and enjoying our stay. Thank you so much Pia!

American couple enjoyed trip to Belgium - My husband and I enjoyed the experience. The bus was comfortable with reclining seats. The guide (I think her name was Pia) was great at pointing out a legitimate chocolate shop for us as well as a restaurant with traditional food and beer, which was delicious. The walking tour did not appear to be optional but that was fine with us. We had a great time and got some traditional Belgian waffles during our free time.

Bruges - YES! Tours & Tickets Amsterdam, MEH! - Would I recommend this tour? Bruges - YES! With Tours & Tickets Amsterdam...MEH! First, the check-in process was very disorganized and confusing. Clearly, there was a lack of communication between guide (who had all ready gone to bus with people 15 minutes early) and people at the storefront. Second, there had to be 70+ people on the bus (it was a double decker) and only one guide. That is too many people for one guide IMO. Third, I had a problem with the guide (not going to share his name). Nice, friendly guy, but not a great guide. He walked us into Bruges and would say "I am going to show you ___" and never pointed it out. He would say "You can go ___ " but then didn't know if that place was free or what cost was to go inside. He would also turn off his mic to have side conversations with people. You could hear he was talking but not sure if it was part of tour. Just leave the mic on...others might want to know the same info. If I had to do this again, I would take train to Bruges and hire a local guide there.

Don't take this tour!!!! - This was a terrible experience. The bus was a double decker. We got on the second deck at 9:15 am. It was already hot. We were told once the bus was going the AC would come on. Nope. We had to suffer through a nearly 3 hour bus ride with no AC and no windows opened. We were told there was a mechanical failure. During the trip several people, including my wife, became ill. When we finally arrived several people were not able to take the tour. We were told the AC would be fixed on the return journey. Nope. We had to suffer the same fate on the ride back. On the ride back the bus got a flat and we have to wait two hours to get it fixed. No water or refreshments were provided. We were told to contact the tour operator, Tours and Tickets, for an adjustment to our purchase price. When we contacted them they told us to contact Viator who we purchased the tickets from. Viator refused to give us a single penny refund. I have cancelled all future tours with Viator and will not use them again. They are the booking agent and should accept some responsibility. What terrible service. You are much better off just taking the train there. A more relaxed experience which our friends did. And you don't need a tour operator to see Bruges.
