Windmills, cheese and Clogs. - The tour guide was wonderful along with the tour bus driver. We loved both destinations and wish we had more time in each place. The directions to the meeting point were easy.

Wonderful Amsterdam and a fabulous tour guide - The windmills and all the stories about them. But the most memorable part was Jay, our tour guide, and the fabulous stories she told us about the Netherlands. He which one of the most interesting tour guides we ever experienced. The whole day was wonderful.

Windmills and canals - Our guide Jay was so welcoming and informative. He gave us so much information about the history of the places we visited and was interesting and funny while he talked. He encouraged questions and was very well versed on the area. We visited the specific towns we had chosen, but also left with a broad overview of the local history, culture and geography. We have found that tours like this are the best way to experience a new city and this was one of our favorites. Thank you, Jay!

Beautiful Day - Beautiful trip. After we found the meeting spot. Tripadvisor provided very poor details on initial meeting point. There were 11 of us waiting in the wrong spot, so it wasn't just my husband and me. Please give better directions. After this initial mishap, the trip was amazing. We traveled in vans instead of a large bus which made the experience so much more personal. The clog shoes and the cheese "factory" were so fun and the windmills were beautiful. We had to pay extra to go inside a windmill, so inclusion of this in the price would have been acceptable to us. The canal cruise was ok - the tea and snacks before the cruise were outstanding. Having lots of time to walk around in both stops was much appreciated.

Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans by Dutchtrips - I usually don’t care about writing feedback but thought first timers like myself who are wondering what trips to choose, who to purchase it from would benefit from my experience as there are many options being offered. I know i’ve spent a lot of time reviewing comments from people who wrote reviews about their trip before making my decision. My family thoroughly enjoyed the trip provided by Dutchtrips via Viator.com. Jay is the consummate professional. He has a wealth of knowledge of Amsterdam, but also other areas of the world and was able to connect with his audience. He speaks perfect English and is very funny. Our group was about 20 something people but we never felt too crowded. The windmills, cheese tasting, and Giethoorn, all worth the visit. My 2 boys really enjoy the whole trip. Highly recommend to look for tours provided by Dutchtrips.

Fantastic day trip - Fantastic trip. Ibrahim was a fantastic and entertaining guide. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and spoke clearly and loudly for everyone to hear and And made sure everyone was comfortable and knew where they were going and what was going on. A fantastic guide. One of the best I've ever had on viator. Both the windmill village was awesome. The clog factory cheese making and even the diamond cutting we saw was all great and the other village and the boat ride was very relaxing, peaceful and a wonderful day to spend a relaxing afternoon and a great ride home. The driver was also fantastic. Highly recommend this trip. Don't miss it! Hope you enjoy. Pete

Lost in Amsterdam - We were unable to locate the tour guide and contacted him to indicate we were lost. He indicated I should contact Viator to request a refund. I will be doing that on the next business day (June 3, 2024). The meeting point for this excursion was changed from the original which was close to the city center and easy to find. The revised location was extremely confusing and our Google maps could not locate the meeting point. We were extremely frustrated as this excursion was to be the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam. We would like a refund as we are regular customers of Viator as well as the family and friends we have referred to your company.
