Fabulous 🎉 - Excellent, informative and entertaining. Driver very professional (hosea) and Blancao, our guide was fabulous. One suggestion to make it more Excellent would be the use of wireless hearing guide things so you could hear everything

Such a nice town - Highly recommend this trip because the town is breathtaking. I really love the atmosphere there and the buildings look amazing. It might be little hard to walk around with babies as I saw some families dealing with it hardly there. So you might consider that. Other than that the trip was excellent.

Great place to visit. - Bruge is beautiful! The drive is long, but worth it. Make sure you are bac on time or the bus will leave without you!! I was shocked that the guided part of the tour left you with only a few landmarks to return to meeting spot.

Bruge day trip - Trip was amazing, just realized it is a long trip 3.5 hrs to Bruges fm Amsterdam. Only drawback was the bus. Given the long distance it was cramp and had no toilet.

impatient uncommunicative operator - This was a terrible way to start our trip. This operator didn’t have a way to contact them to let them know our UBER dropped us off about a half mile from the pickup location. We ran and the bus passed us within feet of the pickup. We were waving frantically to no avail. It was 8:32am. The operator didnt try to contact us prior to leaving. We called Viator and they could not get anyone on the phone either. We have seen other tour operators call late folks or at least leave information on how to contact them before the tour. We were disappointed of course. It ruined a day of planning due to a bad address, bad Uber driver and a tour operator too impatient to wait! Stay away from this operator.

The worst tour I have ever been on - This is a 12 hour tour. Our tour guide interacted with us for about 1 ½ hours only. For the 3 hours down-nothing. For the 3 hours back-he slept and played on his computer. He was more interesting in talking to the bus driver than his guests. Usually when I am on tours, the guides use the travel time to give some background history and information. I expected some information about the Netherlands, Belgium, and at the very least Bruges. Nothing. Additionally, this tour was supposed to be in English. And it was-but the guide's accent was so strong and his grasp of English was not great, and it made it very hard to follow what he said. Additionally, he bizarrely suggested we *not* take a canal tour. I did anyway because a friend had suggested it. It was great! And the English speaking guide helped fill in all the blanks I did not get on my "tour". Finally, I felt like the tour guide must have been incentivized to suggest certain restaurants or chocolate places as he really only gave us one restaurant and waited for people to make a reservation! I just was disgusted by the whole tour. I am happy I went to Bruges, but I would not use this company again.

Great town, bad tour - This was the worst tour that I've ever been on. If I could rate it as a 0/5 I would. The tour operator was non responsive & in fact still hasn't had the decency to respond to my queries before or during the tour. The staff member on the bus said he wasn't a tour guide but he was. The bus was split between English speaking & Spanish. He could clearly speak both very well. He wouldn't help when we had issues with seating. And to cap it all off the tour was boring. The old town of Bruge is stunning & we loved it. But I suggest you take yourself there if you're in the vicinity & don't pay for a tour. And stay away from Buendias Tours.
