Excellent - Alessandro was excellent, he was very nice, he explain a lot things we don’t know about Amsterdam, super friendly and polite

Amazing tour - We did a private tour for a special event for us. It was a great experience, staff was really attentive, the tour was great and tailor-made for us. Special thanks to Alessandro, a very nice and helpful employee that was really attentive to detail and to make the experience great. Would definitely recommend, amazing experience that left all our guests happy.

Loved it! - Our boat was cancelled a few hours before due to some technical issues and we were upgraded to a tour boat with free drinks. The guide, Peter, was fun and enthusiastic and he had this witty and sarcastic humour i totally enjoyed 😅. The canal routes were scenic and we learned not just about the buildings and canals on the tour but about Amsterdam in general. The guides, Peter and Lisa, were so obliging that they answered all our questions about the town. We loved AMS!

Great tour & great guide - Our driver ,Justin ( a history student ,very charming & witty ) was excellent,he guided us throughout the canals & gave us a very informative & fun history of Amsterdam & its canals .we were a small party of 10 & couldn’t have enjoyed it more , very many thanks , also for the recommendation for a lunch venue 👍🏻🤗

Great trip - We travelled on this trip 25 September 2019. The crew were very pleasant, helpful and had great knowledge.

Good time - Went here on a night cruise and it was OK. We sat outside which seemed like a good idea but was quite cold as it was at night. Cruise and audio was quite informative and staff seemed friendly. Took you to all the main bits and it’s a great cit6 so a good way to have a look around and find out more about the various different quarters and buildings

Informative - Spent an interesting hour on this tour, the audio guide was extremely informative and the facts about the buildings and history kept us going in Amsterdam facts with our friends who didn’t do the trip!!! Only small issue was glass roof and windows made the boat very hot on a sunny day.

Not what we paid for - We took this tour last Sunday. Since this was the only day that we would be spending in Amsterdam we were excited about taking a tour to see the canals. The captain started the tour by telling everyone that he usually does a nice little canal tour, but he would do something different and much nicer. Instead of cruising the quaint canals as advertised, he took us past cruise ships, Amsterdam North, the backside of the zoo, and through the University of Amsterdam campus. While these may all be nice places to cruise, they were not the classic quaint canals that we had paid to see. On a couple occasions the captain tried to turn on the recorded audio, but it either wouldn’t play at the right place or would repeat itself a couple times. So, to summarize, we paid for an audio guided tour of the canals of Amsterdam and didn’t get either.

USELESS - I booked a trip to pick up at 1.15. The boat never showed up! No-one to call and the guys at the pier couldn’t help either. Useless.

Worst experience - Worst experience ever. We did not hear one thing on the tour due to the music installation being very bad and the noise on the boat. Furthermore, de captain hit another boat on purpose, because he did not like the fact that that boat was sailing through the wrong side of the bridge. Terrifying….
