100% recommended - The tour was great. Actually it wasn't through the red light district, it was from the central station, Dam Square, red light district, Jewish quarter and flower market. The guide (Juanmi) was wonderful, and explained a lot of interesting things to us, in addition to answering all the questions that arose, he is a walking guide to Amsterdam. He seemed very dedicated and conveyed a very good vibe, everything was very good indeed. I recommend it 100%

Visit Red Light District and Coffee shops - The guide, Blas, has provided us with a lot of updated and documented information. Apart from a historical review of both prostitution and drugs in Amsterdam. Very good guide. Highly recommended.

Lack of empathy and carelessness - I did the first two Tours and I must say that Facundo is the top guide I have ever encountered (Red Light District Tour, paid). The next morning we did another one at 10:30 and well, Jonatan (Mexican) correct. And now comes the absolute disappointment, with the 2:30 pm tour (Free tour of Amsterdam). We arrived at 2:20 p.m. and we needed to go to the bathroom, I don't know if anyone has had to go to the bathroom in Amsterdam Centraal, but I challenge you to get in and out in 10 minutes. The fact is that I ask the bunch of guides who were with the umbrellas and they tell me, don't worry, we'll wait for you, there's no noise. We arrived at 2:40 p.m. and there was no one, only a guide, and he told me that the others had already left and that he was sorry, but there were a maximum of 15 people. Well, we kept looking and found two more who told us the same thing, that they were full. The first thing is that on the tour of Jordaan and Leidseplein in the morning, with Jonatan, 3 more people came and they accepted them without a problem, a total of 18 people, that a certain Claudi or something like that, said ok Jonatan? and he said ok. But the saddest thing is that no one called us or realized that the group with fewer people was staying where one of the 3 "complete" ones I asked stayed. I'm sorry, but just because of that lack of empathy and sloppiness, when I return to Amsterdam, I won't book anything with them. There are not always 70+ people to do free tours, and the service we provide is what differentiates us when the lean times arrive. Greetings,
