Was pleasantly surprised - I didn’t have high expectations for this knowing that there were going to be 60 of us on the bus but Eva our guide, kept us all entertained and informed about the history of the areas we passed through and visited. The clog demo was great… as was the visit to the windmill where we saw wood being sawed and had a good chat to the operator there to understand the process … we certainly didn’t mind paying the 6 works each to get inside a working windmill. The cheese demo was very basic - but again, interesting to understand the process before we tasted cheeses in their showroom. All in all a very enjoyable half day trip and nice to get out of the city and experience what the countryside looks like. Be warned … it is windy out there and cold!!!.

The educational aspects... - The educational aspects of the tour were great and the grounds are so pretty. Provides a very accurate and through overview while on site. I believe our guide had a little too much to say and talked the entire trip to and from. Be brief and be bright, tourists already have a lot to take in! Overall great experience in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience! The guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and funny; the bus driver was pleasant and a good driver; the experience at the village was wonderful! So interesting to see the cheese making process—and lots of cheeses to taste! I particularly loved seeing the clog making. They made a complete show right in front of us. And then we got to try them on. It was lovely! Would definitely highly recommend.

Historical and cultured tour - Enjoyed the added experience of exploring some of Holland’s crafts and culture outside the city. Tosca ‘ s narrative was delivered accurately in English and German.

Good / average - Comfortable bus/ transport. Guide kept us informed of sites and some history on the way. A bit rushed. Could have used another hour at the village
